Club Car Restaurant- Lounge
Club Car Restaurant- Lounge
experience a unique blend of vintage elegance, inventive cuisine and captivating nightlife at Club Car Restaurant-Lounge, the hottest ticket in town. Housed in the restored Mamaroneck train station, an architectural landmark built in 1888, Club Car is the vision of Brian MacMenamin, also responsible for bringing you Westchester’s Post Road Ale House, MacMenamin’s Grill & ChefWorks and Larchmont Avenue Oyster House. Renowned for bringing bygone locations to life, his latest creation serves up fine New American cuisine in a warm yet sophisticated setting that combines carefully preserved details like stained glass and original brick with artfully chosen modern touches.

This same fusion is reflected in the menu, where classic fare is injected with innovative international flair. The thoughtfully prepared dishes are complemented with a wine list inspired by the one that received a prestigious Wine Spectator award at MacMenamin’s Grill.

"We have always wanted to try the brunch at the Club Car and finally last Sunday we had the chance.
It turned out to be a delightful experience. The renovated train depot is lovely and decorated beautiful for the holidays, The staff could not have been more polite. The wait staff was very helpful and the food was excellent. The choices were good however I have seen more at other brunches yet the quality of what they offered was done very well. Oysters, clams, shrimps as well as an assortment of seafood and other salads. An omelette station as well as a carving station. Fresh pasta cooked to order with the sauce of your choice. The standard serving trays with french toast, home fries and breakfast meats. The bread choices were lacking but who wants to fill up on bread anyway.
Definitely worth a return visit or two.
