Casually elegant, the Tap Room offers the most sought after view
of Historic Main Street & its Victorian charm. Lounge by the vintage mahogany bar, in an atmosphere evoking the Jazz Age. The circa 1920’s lobby lounge is the Lehigh Valley’s premier jazz venue. Every Thursday, live jazz performances add to the atmosphere.
Breakfast, lunch & dinner are served with a view overlooking historic downtown Bethlehem in a grand setting. Every Monday – Saturday, breakfast in the bright & airy Terrace Room offers a spectacular vista of of the city viewed through soaring Palladian windows.
Sunday’s Musical Brunch combines live music with a splendid buffet array. A holiday tradition for many has become a weekly habit for others. "Have dined here many times but this one was a bit disappointing. Very crowded, overbooked, and gaps in service made for a less than enjoyable trip this time. Did not get to table until 30 minutes or so past reservation time but staff was very accommodating with free sparkler and snacks. Once seated, it got better but table was sort of wedged in between others. Everyone has a bad night so I will just chalk it up to fact that they were overwhelmed with business. Food as usual was good, and expect to return."

"Have been here for lunch and dinner on several occasions. Enjoyed another lunch on a sunny day in Lambertville. Snapper soup a bit disappointing but lobster/crab salad very good and fresh. Good wine choices. Will return for lunch and perhaps dinner in the future."

Owners Craig and Samantha Cordts-Pearce of the Wild Fig and Brexi Brasserie have opened a new restaurant called Steak HOUSE No. 316. Exceptional prime steaks as well as fish & fowl.

"Food is outstanding and service was very good. These guys know how to cook meat. Good wine list. Interesting decor and awesome music soundtrack (sounds like I made it myself). Will definitely return on any trips to Aspen."
