Beautiful Southern Oregon is both a wonderful growing region for organic farmers and a mecca for artisan food crafters.
Larks – Home Kitchen Cuisine restaurant celebrates Oregon: its farms, orchards, creameries and wineries offering delightful, made from scratch, comfort food. Restaurant's Executive Chef, Damon Jones is the masters in showcasing opulent seasonal ingredients delivered daily from local farms, delighting visitors with the flavors of this amazing region. Dishes like homemade meatloaf, hearty soups, delectable salads and chicken fried chicken are most popular. Other specialties include pork chop and Dungeness crab fondue. Ingredients like truffle oil, wild mushrooms, hazelnuts, pears and marionberries layer in the Oregon flavor.
Elegant simplicity and a relaxed inviting atmosphere await you at Larks. Servers are friendly and experienced in pairing your meal with regional wines and herb-infused cocktails. Open daily for lunch and dinner. Weekend brunch.

"Great restaurant, upscale dining, located in elegant older hotel. Great menu, food well prepared, nice portion sizes, great service. Have eaten at Larks on several occasions when visiting Ashland. Always consistently good to great. Bonus, convenient walk to Shakespeare Festival theaters. Definitely will be back."

Dragonfly Cafe and Gardens is set on the ground floor in a 1930′s Baptist church with the Oregon Cabaret Theatre above it, this restaurant couldn't be more charming. Whether you sit in the cobble-stoned, tree-lined secret garden or in the hexagon shaped dining room surrounded by French doors, this restaurant is a highlight of any Ashland Oregon trip.

"Great restaurant, great food, casual, relaxed atmosphere. Creative menu choices, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Four of us here for lunch this day, a couple of salads, an entree, and a sandwich later and we left happy and full. Food was excellent, server was great, explained menu offerings well. Definitely will return next time in Ashland, would try dinner next trip."

"Great restaurant in downtown Port Angeles, casual, relaxed atmosphere. We have eaten at Bella Italia many times over the years as we visit the Washington coast or venture over to Victoria. The food is always good to great, well prepared, good to your liking, and portions that leave you full. After appetizers and entrees, not enough room to enjoy dessert this evening. Server was great, explained menu selections well and aided in our meal selection, very friendly. Overall, a nice dining experience. Our experience, this restaurant is always very consistent. Try it, you will return. Worth making a reservation, even then may be a wait as this place is very popular with locals and out of towners alike and fills up early."

Enjoy the stunning floral display gardens, plus the restaurant's historic surroundings and contemporary, fresh local foods. Located in the original Butchart family residence, you can experience spectacular views of the Private Garden, the Italian Garden and Tod Inlet. Indulge in Afternoon Tea in our Spring and Summer seasons, or our High Tea which offers more warm savories from October through the winter months. Lunch and dinner are served seasonally with a strong presence of local sustainable ingredients. Choose from our award winning showcase of Vancouver Island wines. Enjoy adding to your awareness and appreciation of local grapes and vintners. Please note that admission to The Butchart Gardens is required in order to access The Dining Room Restaurant. Our current admission rates are at www.butchartgardens.com

"Great restaurant, elegant yet casual decor, serving high tea this time of year. After enjoying a leisurely walk through the gardens, topping off our experience here by enjoying their high tea. Meal started with a tea selection of your choice, many to choose from. Then the main course served on a tiered stand, beginning a several hot selections, then several finger sandwiches, and finally several sweets to finish. Food was very good, very tasty, and very filling. A great way to finish our experience at the gardens. Have eaen at this restaurant many times. Always great food, great service, and great ambience as you take in the garden views. Definitely will be back next visit to Vancouver Island."

"Great restaurant, dine dining in laid back atmosphere. Enjoy mingling, eat in the bar/lounge area, or for a more intimate, quiet experience, dine in the adjoining upscale restaurant portion. Great menu choices, tapas oriented, choose from a sharing menu, an entree sized menu, and a desert menu. We chose from the entree menu this evening, couldn't make up our minds picking from the sharing menu. Food was very good, well prepared, very tasty, nice sized portion. Extensive cocktail menu or they will help you create something unique, nice wine choices also. Try this restaurant, you will enjoy the experience."

"Consistently good to great meals & service at McCormick & Smick restaurants. In my experience, they have not missed a beat since becoming a part of the Landry family of restaurants. Only one small complaint. I had an Open Table reward check that I used to pay a portion of my meal. Not only did the waiter not know what to do with the check, the manager on duty did not either. They eventually accepted the check and all was well."
