"Great fine dining in cozy, upscale atmosphere. Our first time dining here, glad we did. Nice menu, something for every palate, appetizers, soups, salads, steak, seafood including a rare treat, Abalone, pork, chicken, and a nice desert menu. We started with the escargot stuffed mushrooms, 5 nice sized mushrooms stuffed with escargot, very tasty. For entrees, I chose the sweetbreads, cooked just right, tender, melt in your mouth, served with rice and vegetables, and my wife had the filet mignon meatloaf wrapped in bacon, very tasty, juicy, served with vegetables and sweet potato chips. Both entrees large, will fill you up. Nice wine list to complement your dinner selection. Definitely will return next time in the area."

Spencer's is prime beef, pure and simple. Aged, hand cut, and seared to perfection. This is the ultimate steakhouse – great steaks and gleaming martinis. Service that's relaxed and attentive. An extensive wine list with wonderful Northwest selections. Seafood, chops and innovative side dishes with an undeniably creative flair. Celebrate life with the perfect steak served in style.

"Fine dining, casual elegant atmosphere, well prepared food, and good service. All the ingredients for a nice dinning experience. Service was lacking on this outing, assume waiter was having an off night. Have eaten at Spenser's in the past and have been well satisfied. In a Hilton hotel and close to Seatac Airport so very traveller convenient. Will try again next time in area."

A Eugene favorite for almost twenty years, Café Soriah is defined by ancient world spices & Northwest bounty . Enjoy all that Oregon has to offer whether it be a renowned Pinot Noir from just miles away or a freshly caught wild salmon. Each dish is prepared combining classic recipes with quality local ingredients.

"Fine dining in cozy, casual atmosphere. Have eaten at Cafe Soriah many times. Always nice menu, great food, great service, and friendly staff to make your dining experience a wonder experience. Food is always well prepared, nice portion sizes, though an appetizer, entree, and dessert will be a hardy meal. Definitely recommend this restaurant."

Beautiful Southern Oregon is both a wonderful growing region for organic farmers and a mecca for artisan food crafters.
Larks – Home Kitchen Cuisine restaurant celebrates Oregon: its farms, orchards, creameries and wineries offering delightful, made from scratch, comfort food. Restaurant's Executive Chef, Damon Jones is the masters in showcasing opulent seasonal ingredients delivered daily from local farms, delighting visitors with the flavors of this amazing region. Dishes like homemade meatloaf, hearty soups, delectable salads and chicken fried chicken are most popular. Other specialties include pork chop and Dungeness crab fondue. Ingredients like truffle oil, wild mushrooms, hazelnuts, pears and marionberries layer in the Oregon flavor.
Elegant simplicity and a relaxed inviting atmosphere await you at Larks. Servers are friendly and experienced in pairing your meal with regional wines and herb-infused cocktails. Open daily for lunch and dinner. Weekend brunch.

"Great restaurant, upscale dining, located in elegant older hotel. Great menu, food well prepared, nice portion sizes, great service. Have eaten at Larks on several occasions when visiting Ashland. Always consistently good to great. Bonus, convenient walk to Shakespeare Festival theaters. Definitely will be back."

Dragonfly Cafe and Gardens is set on the ground floor in a 1930′s Baptist church with the Oregon Cabaret Theatre above it, this restaurant couldn't be more charming. Whether you sit in the cobble-stoned, tree-lined secret garden or in the hexagon shaped dining room surrounded by French doors, this restaurant is a highlight of any Ashland Oregon trip.

"Great restaurant, great food, casual, relaxed atmosphere. Creative menu choices, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Four of us here for lunch this day, a couple of salads, an entree, and a sandwich later and we left happy and full. Food was excellent, server was great, explained menu offerings well. Definitely will return next time in Ashland, would try dinner next trip."
