Fulton Market Kitchen’s imaginative cuisine embraces global influences and advocates relaxed, free-form dining. Developed by James Gottwald (Monti's, Sunda, Rockit) and Kyle Petersen (Ceres' Table, Naha), the menu offers guests an alternative experience with playful presentations and ingredients sourced from their neighbors along Fulton Market Street.

"Pretty good initial offering from FMK. Steak tartare, and the ravioli and foie were delicious... I was a little underwhelmed by the Tail and Tail even though it was the most expensive middle plate. The white sauce for the fries was UNBELIEVABLE!
The artwork is extremely impressive. I would like to know when they do round 2! As a local, i feel that overall the food needs to step it up a notch to compete in the West Loop"

Old Town Scottsdale’s heart is beating to a Latin drum, now that The Mission has arrived and brightened the restaurant scene. Renowned Zinc Bistro Chef Matt Carter is now cooking up modern Latin cuisine blending influences from Spain, Mexico, Central America and South America. Home made Tortillas, Arepas, and Salsas are made fresh daily and all meats are prepared on a Plancha or a grill using pecan and mesquite wood that instills a rich flavor.

"Guacamole- UNREAL
Crispy Pork & Cola Lime Glaze- Best thing I have ever put in my mouth.
Short Rib Barbacoa- The waitress didnt seem to wild about this one but everyone said this was the best thing we ordered. The crunch of the B&B pickle made the dish.
The pork shoulder was our least favorite.
100% Must go to this place if you are in the area!!"

The freshest ingredients are flown in daily creating a menu that includes signature specialties like the Colorado Lamb Chops marinated in Soy Garlic or Spicy Jumbo Pan-Fried Shrimp. Our full service bar features a large selection of hot & cold sakes, special Asian martinis, & an extensive wine list. <br />Guests will enjoy the main dining room that features a wall of suspended solid concrete core spindles lit from below that act as a backdrop to the glowing room. Large rock boulders, teak floors & ceiling, oil rubbed bronze metal detailing & water & fire elements embody the dining experience throughout. The second floor patio dining, located adjacent to the Wet Pool, is an intimate outdoor space with plenty of room for everything from a romantic dinner for two, to larger celebrations & social gatherings.

"Good food but nothing too impressive. The filet wrapped asparagus was recommended but wasn't cooked well enough. Our waiter, CJ, was pretty awesome though."

"Bag o Chips - A little messy but very Tasty
Mushroom Gnocci- AWESOME
Octopus + Spam= very good
Charcuterie board- pretty standard but excellent in its own right
Beer list was great! Place was a little loud, but it fit the environment.

Kendal Duque, a veteran of Sepia and City Tavern, has created a menu he calls "approachable, but with a chef sensibility" for American Junkie. Neatly tucked in the heart of River North, American Junkie is a sprawling building with impressive modern details paying tribute to all things American. From the contemporary American cuisine to the all American-made custom furniture and retractable walls and roof, one can only call this place home.
