Bottlefork, from Rockit Ranch Productions partners Billy Dec, Brad Young and Arturo Gomez, and former Four Seasons Executive Chef Kevin Hickey, is a comfortably stylish New American bar and kitchen offering modern interpretations of both familiar and new American dishes that feature local and global ingredients. The food and beverage programs work together seamlessly at Bottlefork with an emphasis on all things seasonal.

"Bag o Chips - A little messy but very Tasty
Mushroom Gnocci- AWESOME
Octopus + Spam= very good
Charcuterie board- pretty standard but excellent in its own right
Beer list was great! Place was a little loud, but it fit the environment.

Kendal Duque, a veteran of Sepia and City Tavern, has created a menu he calls "approachable, but with a chef sensibility" for American Junkie. Neatly tucked in the heart of River North, American Junkie is a sprawling building with impressive modern details paying tribute to all things American. From the contemporary American cuisine to the all American-made custom furniture and retractable walls and roof, one can only call this place home.

Tanta is dedicated to sharing the flavors and culture of Peru with Chicago, serving authentic Peruvian dishes and beverages in an approachable, fun and casual downtown setting. We provide service that is casual yet knowledgeable, genuine and attentive, utilizing locally sourced products and vendors that are sensitive to sustainable farming and fishing.<br /><br />Tanta has two Chef’s Tables that each seat up to 8 people. These tables are located in our main dining room in between our open kitchen and ceviche bar which allows you and your guests to experience our chefs creating Peruvian cuisine while you dine.<br /><br />The menu, created by Acurio and Tanta Chicago Chef Jesus Delgado, takes diners on a voyage through Peru via its food. From the Pacific Ocean, through the Andes, to the desert, to the Amazon, Tanta celebrates the diverse landscape and ethnicities that make up Peru’s culture.

"Adobo De Res - was pretty good, nothing too crazy
Lomo Saltado- AWESOME, great flavors and spice
Piscato Frito- AWESOME.. kinda tasted like the Au Cheval fried chicken... or maybe that was the stir fry
Ceviches were as expected. Fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed the plantain chips as well
I enjoyed the Pisco sour, but my buddies werent huge fans.

Bavette’s is a European-Style steakhouse. The signature is a prime ribeye that is dry-aged in house. There is also a wide variety of fresh seafood, including a daily selection of fresh oysters, king crab, and shrimp cocktail. Bavette’s also specializes in classic cocktails with a focus of brown spirits. The value driven wine list is eclectic and global. <br /><br />Reservations made through Open Table will be for Bavette's main dining room. If you would like to dine in our Parlor please call the restaurant after 2pm.

Opened on October 25th 2013, The Dawson is a new partnership between local restaurateurs Billy Lawless (The Gage, Henri) and Branko Palikuca (Topaz, Amber) featuring cuisine by executive chef Patrick Russ (Next, Zealous). Celebrating the spirit of late 19th century Chicago, this casual neighborhood hangout features an energetic series of bi-level indoor and outdoor spaces. The Dawson is quintessentially American, from the familiar comfort food and classic cocktails with a twist to the nostalgic, versatile design and atmosphere.<br /><br />

"Split the tacos(good), brisket(OK) and Onion rings(ok). Drinks were pretty good and the atmosphere was fun and lively. This place will do well in the summer with all of its outdoor features."
