"the food here is primarily small plates for sharing with a few 'regular size entrees' available. The food is outstanding and very creative. My wife and I had four small plates that we shared and we were very satisfied. One of the signature dishes is the pork-um and it is worthy of the moniker. Save room for dessert and try their weird ice cream. It may change regularly but I believe you can't go wrong with whatever they 'cook' up."

The Winslow (243 East 14th Street), boasting a warm and inviting aura, the focus of General Managers Aidan Fogarty and Mark Tafoya is upon capturing the essence of a classic British inspired public house and eatery. Although the bar will be stocked with 20 different types of old world/new world and British beer on tap, a batch of unique cocktails by Dominic Venegas, a talented mixologist and part of a James Beard Award nominated team, will garnish the menu. Main dishes incorporating British and American flavors will serve as an added bonus to the overall experience highlighting traditional meals such as fish & chips, scotch eggs, steak and kidney pies, and crumpets, along with seasonal favorites. The heart of the venue will showcase a 20ft bar complete with a chalk white concrete top, and high seating will rule establishment where the back bar crafted of fumed oak and blackened steel lies.

"Great menu and food. Loved the foie gras appetizer. Fish and chips are great. Fabulous happy hour, just a gem of a place. Mark and Aidan are delightful and their hospitality is reflected in the ambience. Gaston is great behind the bar. This would be my 'Cheers' if I lived nearby.."
