Owned and operated by the team behind the acclaimed River House and Tarpon Bend family of restaurants, YOLO (You Only Live Once) is Las Olas' new contemporary American restaurant and lounge. YOLO offers foodies and night owls an unbeatable mix of great dining and refreshing libations in a chic, unpretentious space. The deceptively simple menu boasts an eclectic array of dishes designed to please any palate, many borne from the restaurant's dramatic wood-burning grill. Guests can dine al fresco on the lush garden patio - complete with walk-up bar perfect for people watching - in the cozy dining room, featuring a bustling open kitchen , or sup on small plates in the candlelit lounge. Menu highlights include starters such as wild Mediterranean mussels and Asian-style crispy calamari; main plates including roasted salmon, Bourbon glazed pork chop and beef 2-ways. Beyond O Lounge and two bars, YOLO features a fabulous private room, perfect for business meetings and special occasions.

"The abbreviated Sunday lunch menu doesn't represent what Yolo is capable of. And, the two sandwiches my friend and I selected were definitely the wrong choice. The fish was a little mushy and the sandwich overall had little that made it anything special. The chicken sandwich was way overloaded with melted cheese."

Located in the hub of Fort Lauderdale Beach,Tsukuro features seasonal ocean treasures from the raw bar and a variety of fresh sushi, sashimi and rolls, complemented by small and large plates for sharing, ranging from traditional favorites like Korean-Style Ribs ) to Chinese-style Roasted Duck to playful takes on classics with Slow-Braised Oxtail Spring Rolls and Thai-style Whole Fish. A thoughtful selection of wine, sake, tea, beer and signature cocktails brings harmonious balance to the umami (savory) culinary offerings.

"We live nearby and normally wouldn't set foot in one of the Las Olas Beach restaurants. Tsukuro wins!! A great table just inside from the street, wonderful small plates, a more than acceptable wine list and we were set. The fried oysters in lettuce wrap are outstanding. The satay combination is also really good. We'll probably become regulars."

"Can't beat the setting. The renovation is beautiful, making Shooters a totally different place. And, that's a good thing. Great fresh briny oysters, wonderfully grilled salmon (too much quinoa on the plate however). Great menu selection."

"The Woodley Park area is starved for good food. Caffe Paradiso comes to the rescue. Try the grilled fish or the linguine with clams or the thinly sliced veal in white wine and capers. The staff is fabulous. Inside seating or outside seating, this place works!"

"Couldn't find anything wrong with this place. Some might be wary of the price but we thought it was worth it. The simply grilled branzino was a fabulous piece of fish, cooked perfectly. The Seafood Brodetto was a beautiful blend of seafood and light tomato flavors. So glad to have a nice place on the Gtwn waterfront."

"A trip to Fred's is a treat. Ride the escalator up nine floors and enjoy the sights as you ascend. At the top awaits a gracious hostess, friendly wait staff and excellent food. I have only been there for lunch but I never miss an opportunity when I am in New York. The lunch Salad Nicoise with seared tuna is outstanding."

Since first opening its doors in 1984, Gotham Bar and Grill has epitomized New York City dining at its finest, serving Executive Chef Alfred Portale's sublime and refreshingly accessible Contemporary American Cuisine in a dining room that is consistently packed with sophisticated diners from all over the country and the world. One of the secrets of Gotham's success is that it is an institution that has never become institutional. The unparalleled quality of the food and service are constants, but the rest of the Gotham experience is constantly updated to keep the restaurant feeling as fresh as the day it opened. New menu items are introduced each season, the wine list is always evolving, and the dining room is regularly revamped. Gotham Bar and Grill has been honored as Most Outstanding Restaurant in the nation by the James Beard Foundation, which named Chef/Owner Alfred Portale Most Outstanding Chef in the nation for 2006.

"We were graciously welcomed and shown to a perfect table. The wait staff never missed a step. We had the veal tenderloin with Marsala sauce and it was delicious--not too much and a very attractive plating. One guest had the bass and loved it. It is an easy cab ride from Midtown and truly a truly a great New York experience."

"Classic Steak Frites and the wonderful Eggs Benedict are a must have when we go for Saturday Brunch. This past Saturday our waitress was one of the best servers I've had. Attentive yet let me and my two friends have undisturbed "catch-up" conversation. She seemed to know when there was a lull in the chatter."

"The preparation and timing of service for each of the tapas we ordered was perfect. The menu is wonderful and it was difficult to decide what to have. Our favorite was the little filet with the blue cheese sauce and the short ribs. The dates were gobbled up as soon as they hit the table."
