Created uniquely for the hotel, Michael Mina 74 delivers a dynamic culinary and social destination that—even for Miami Beach—blurs the lines between a restaurant, bar and ultra-lounge.<br /><br />To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

"Michael Mina's was a very nice dining experience if there had not been so many screaming kids the night we were there. The food was very good- very nicely presented. I guess the evening was overshadowed by the fact that there were several table with unruley children who were loud and out of control. One father was also constantly taking photos of his chilren with a flash that was very distracting."

"We looked at the limited choices on the menu and we were worried that we may have made the wrong choice for the evening. But we were definately wrong! The tune appetizer was outstanding with condiments that just melted in my mouth. The roasted corn soup has a lovely curry flavor and the roasted carrot salad was very good, We shared the branzino entree and it was plenty for both of us and very nicely prepared with spring vegetable couscous underneath. The desserts were just too delicious to describe- I had the s'more (yummmmm) and he had the pistachio molten cake. Our waiter was amazing- Richard knows how to take care of people, that's for sure!"

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, the highly acclaimed world-class gourmet restaurant at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Council Oak offers genuine, 100% U.S.D.A. prime dry-aged stockyard beef from a butcher shop located in the front of the restaurant. The freshest line-caught seafood from local waters, plus king crab legs are flown in fresh from the Bering Sea from the boats that are featured on the Discovery Channel hit show, World's Deadliest Catch. Council Oak also features an extensive wine-by-the-glass selection and intimate wine-bar seating. Live entertainment is offered nightly in a separate lounge area and Sunday brunches complete with a chocolate fountain dessert station set the standard even higher.

"We started with the oysters rockefeller and they were excellent- the cheese sauce was delicate and very tastey. Our entree was the seafood sampler and it was a lot of fresh wonderful seafood with lovely sauces. It was plenty for the 2 of us. The mojito martini was a very nice. After dinner we listened to the jazz music in the bar which was a huge bonus. We really had a great time here!!"

"The food at Fontana was very good- I had the special menu which included appetizer, entree and dessert and it was really tasty. The stuffed zucchini blossoms were amazing! The ricotta just melted in your mouth. My entree was tuna steak on brussel sprouts- another melt in your mouth delight. By the time I got to the blood orange sorbet, I was stuffed, but it was still a taste treat. My Pinot noir was also very good. I can't wait to go back. The server was very attentive too!"

In the Mediterranean Countries good friends and family meet to enjoy good drinks along with a variety of traditional small dishes called Mazzas. This is followed by colorful culinary collection of selected dishes that capture the vibrancy of the wonderful Mediterranean. Greek and Lebanese Cuisine all cooked in olive oil with all meats marinated overnight in exotic Mediterranean juices turning up a variety of bursting flavors.

"We are always trying to find gourmet dining in our neighborhood, and we found Mazza. The food was just amazing! Everything we had from the Toom to the baklava was a pleasure to eat! We ordered the appetizer platter and it was the best hummus, babaganosh, and stuffed grape leaves I have ever had. We ordered the whole baked snapper for our entree- the fish was perfectly prepared and just melted in my mouth. I was so pleased to know that there are owners who care about what they are serving- the owner was overseeing everything that came out of the kitchen. But this result was a perfect meal. He came around to every table and when my husband said his seat was a little uncomfortable, the owner got him
a pillow!

L2O is a modern seafood restaurant located in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. Divided into a number of distinct spaces, L2O offers guests a sense of intimacy. The dining room features a 4-course prix-fixe menu and a 13-course tasting menu. The wine list is both approachable and global in its scope, and many cocktails are prepared tableside.

"L2O was an amazing experience. We started with a glass of the best champagne I have ever tasted and a complimentary appetizer of blue crab in "chip" form. My husband and I got the 16 course tasting menu and it was wonderful. I had heard that the wine selections were outstanding and we enjoyed the one we got so much that we ordered a case of it when we got home. I had also heard that the rosemary croissants were delicious and we just couldn't get enough of them. The servers were very helpful, attentive, and gracious. My husband especially liked it that the valet and the coat check girl were expecting us to arrive. I will look forward to going back for the prix fix menu which was a very tempting choice. A stellar experience!!!"

"We ate out on the patio and enjoyed the oceanfront dining. It was very romantic! The service was very good and the seafood was outstanding. I loved the butter with the pink sea salt served with the bread- quite elegant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back again."
