SeaSalt is inspired by its location near the water and is dedicated to seafood and its accompaniments. Chef Fabrizio Aielli brings to his cuisine an infusion of the simplicity of Venetian home cooking, learned at his mother’s knee, along with the upscale and innovative techniques he has garnered during his years of practice in fine restaurants in Italy, the Caribbean and Washington, DC. He explores time-honored methods and melds them with the new, bringing a handcrafted and honest restoration of traditional dishes. As far as possible, ingredients are sourced from local producers and markets and the disherfolk. Chef Fabrizio Aielli is inspired by the mainstays of the seafood repertoire, using organic and local produce, wild caught seafood, poultry and meat raised naturally without hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products whenever possible, emphasizing fresh and seasonal ingredients.

"We have eaten at Sea Salt several times over the last three years and were looking forward to returning with company. The food was good, but not great. Our server was not welcoming. It appeared, that as soon as he discovered we were not drinking and only interested in their Sunset Special menu (why offer it) he was totally uninterested in us. Our meal was rushed, as if they wanted to get us out of there and make room for some big spenders. They served a three course dinner in 45 minutes. I'm not sure they are training their staff well, as we, recently, had a similar experience at their sister restaurant, Barbetella. Naples has so many wonderful restaurants, with excellent food and gracious staff, we will not be returning to either one."

There are three ways to enjoy the Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar, one of Naples most beloved waterfront restaurants for locals and visitors alike. The Café, on the sidewalk level, has the wonderful, bustling ambience of a big city neighborhood café. The Café menu offers sandwiches, salads and light entrees through the late afternoon and evening. The Grill, accepting reservations, is upstairs and overlooks the Venetian Bay -- one of Naples best waterfront dining views. The Grill specializes in creative and superbly prepared seafood, meats, and pasta dishes. The Grill menu is also served on the Upper Deck Bar and Covered Patio, an award winning outdoor cocktail and dining spot that overlooks Venetian Bay and provides spectacular hues of the setting sun. Between 2-5 p.m. the Upper Deck Bar offers a lighter, late lunch menu.<br />

Serious food and voguish design are served up at equal measure at Cafe and Bar Lurcat. From the Chagall-inspired ceiling mural in the cafe to the Italian silk pillows and leather banquettes in the bar, Lurcat is an urban hangout that is modern, cool and loungey for Naples. Lurcat offers sophisticated comfort food, a contemporary version of a classic American Fish and Chophouse.
