A unique property for Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, Bouchon Bakery & Café at Time Warner Center was the first Bouchon Bakery property to open in New York City in 2006. Overlooking Columbus Circle and Central Park, its landmark setting designed by Adam D. Tihany, features a full-service café offering a wide selection of entrées, small plates, soups, salads and a comprehensive beer and wine list.

"This is a very flexible restaurant where you can have just a light snack or a full meal. Almost everything we ate was excellent. The figs and burrata were lovely as was the bib lettuce salad. My quiche was just okay and the salad accompanying it was way too salty. But the salmon with lentils that my husband ordered was truly outstanding. The wine list is small but has good choices at reasonable prices."

A new 34 seat restaurant located at 25 Cleveland Place in Nolita with a 40 seat outdoor garden. Our cuisine is approachable New-American with a variety of influences by Head Chef Max Sussman (James Beard Rising Star Chef Nominee, Former Chef de Cuisine of Roberta's). We offer a selection of regional draft beers and natural/organic wines by the glass and bottle.

"We received excellent service from the sommelière whom we knew. Both of the wines we tasted were excellent. Everything we had was good. We especially liked the brussels sprouts salad and the beat and melon salad. Most outstanding was the desert we chose. The apple cake was moist and flavorful and the crème fraîche ice cream very elegant.
We did not appreciate the noise level. Perhaps to be heard over the music, the people at the tables on either side of us were often shouting.

"Boulud Sud has met the challenge of giving diners a perfect meal before going to Lincoln Center. I think the limited choices are an advantage, enabling the kitchen to keep things moving smoothly. Since I come to Lincoln Center often, I have dined here in the recent past and know exactly what dishes are best. The octopus appetizer is tender and has a delicious sauce and the chicken tagine entree is moist and tasty. My friend enjoyed her pumpkin ravioli app and scallops entree. The ice cream for desert was a perfect ending. They even held my leftovers for me until after the performance, so that other audience members did not have to smell my chicken."

"As visitors to Corning, we were glad to find such a good restaurant. The menu is very eclectic, with Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Mexican and Italian dishes. We very much liked the small sizes so that we could taste many different things. We did, and six of the seven items we tasted were excellent. We especially liked the sushi and the Concorde grape dessert tarte. The wine list is excellent although we were a little disappointed that there were not more local Finger Lakes wines on it. Our waitress was outstanding, always there just when we needed her."

We source all our meats from Pino's Prime Meat, located right across the street from Da Marcella since 1903, including the organic free-range chicken in our menu. All our pastas are made with the best durum wheat using the classic bronze dies that leave the surface of the pasta rough and porous to perfectly absorb our slow cooking sauces. At the same time, most of our pastas are organic and very...soon all of them will be. We believe that great food should be affordably priced.

We have a passion for good food and excellent service utilizing the best ingredients. Most importantly we have a love for food, service and quality.

Our philosophy is simple: cook with real food to create unbelievable results. Authentic food, authentic service. You deserve it.

WINE and BEER ONLY!

élan is a new restaurant by Chef David Waltuck and George Stinson. The menu is the evolution of David Waltuck's groundbreaking cuisine that elevated and sustained Chanterelle as an award-winning restaurant for 30 years. élan emanates an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and full of energy; the service is gracious and smart, yet informal. The restaurant features a spacious front room for cocktails and light fare, a 12-seat bar, and a 48-seat dining room. Casual diners and those seeking more elaborate or special-occasion experiences will be equally welcome. Dinner will be served 7 days a week, lunch will be served 5 days a week, and David's take on weekend brunch will be served Saturday and Sunday.

"Chanterelle was our favorite restaurant for many years, so we were excited to taste David Waltuck's cuisine once again. We were not disappointed. Everything our party of three had was delicious. In particular the zucchini blossoms were the best I have ever tasted; the unusual guacamole with sea urchin roe was brilliant, as was my smoked seared salmon. Although the dining room atmosphere doesn't begin to compare with Chanterelle, we were very happy to be able to enjoy David's cooking once again, and hope to return soon."

"We went with the prix fixe since it was more affordable than ordering à la carte. Both main courses and both desserts were superb. I loved my chicken Tagine and the assorted ice creams, especially the rose flavor. One appetizer, the octopus, was fabulous but the other, shrimp, was disappointing. There was nothing wrong with it but nothing special either. Our Santorini wine, presented with a flourish as being the last bottle in the cellar, was wonderful."
