Distinctive. Delightful. Designed by renowned architect David Rockwell and the talented Rockwell Group, the restaurant highlights many of the original features including the landmarked ceiling and is set in a landscape of bold hues of black, silver, brown, cream and gold which intermingle with rich textures to create a lush, warm environment. The modern décor beautifully complements the newly restored St. Regis. Decanter features Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by Executive Chef Sébastien Rondier’s childhood and culinary beginnings in in France’s Basque country as well as the French Rivera. Masterfully utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients from the best local suppliers, Chef Rondier has created culinary offerings which feature elegant cuisine in a playful manner complimented by a diverse wine collection. The menu features delectable dishes and flavors from the South of France, Spain, Turkey, and Italy.

Hill Country is proud to have opened in DC! Named "Best Barbecue in NY" by both New York Magazine and Time Out New York, "Top 10 Barbecue in the U.S." by the Wall Street Journal and "Best New Restaurants of the Year" by New York Magazine, Hill Country takes its "cue" from legendary Texas barbecue joint Kreuz Market and its distinctive dry-rub style. Hill Country's brisket, sausage, ribs and other meats are smoked low and slow over Texas post oak. The barbecue is served in butcher paper, counter-style by the pound, with traditional trimmings.

Ardeo+Bardeo, located in the historic district of Cleveland Park -- four miles from the White House -- is a neighborhood favorite serving modern American cuisine. The restaurant underwent a major renovation in November 2010 to enhance the modern bistro and wine bar, uniting the two restaurants with a 24-seat island bar. Executive Chef Nate Garyantes has crafted a menu which features cured meats, soups and salads, savory snacks, seasonal vegetables dishes and brick oven baked flatbreads. Ardeo+Bardeo has become a virtual “Who’s Who” of Washington. Those who frequent include Madeleine Albright, Jim Lehrer, Alan Greenspan and the former first family, the Clintons.

"Great dinner after a frozen day exploring Montreal two days before New Years Eve. We were staying in the Sofitel so it made perfect sense to try the the acclaimed Renoir rather than face the elements once again. Excellent selection of wines and the menu was as elegant as the restaurant itself. Very quiet and not crowded on a Sunday night so the staff were at full attention. My fiancee and I both had a glass of wine and I wanted to try the De-Light Menu and the salmon carpaccio with le poulet fermier. Excellent and gorgeous presentation. My fiancee tried the risotto which was creamy and delightful and somehow we managed to avoid the sumptuous dessert tray afterwards. Excellent staff but also provided a long and leisurely meal"
