We invite you to take part in a time honored San Francisco tradition and lunch at the Rotunda at Neiman Marcus. This spectacular restaurant sits underneath a stunning glass dome constructed of more than 2500 pieces of colored glass. The room curves around a central atrium four stories above the entrance. Be sure to request a cozy private booth or a window seat overlooking historic Union Square. Indulge in a glass of bubbles while noshing on our signature Lobster Club or savor delicate sweets and tea sandwiches with our Afternoon Tea.

"The maitre'd, John, is terrific. Very accomodating. Waitstaff is excellent. The view can't be beat. The NM chicken salad is always delicious."

Welcome to Garcon! Garcon encapsulates an old-world French bistro with a casual and friendly atmosphere like one would find in France. Chef Arthur Wall delivers a stylish interpretation of French classics like coq au vin, mussels, duck confit and French onion soup. A New Orleans native, classically trained at the Winsdor Court Hotel, Chef Wall has always loved French cooking but with the resources and setting of the west coast. He sources the freshest ingredients, cooking in the seasons and changing the menu daily. Garcon offers a diverse selection of local and old world wines, local oysters and cheeses as well as daily prix fixe and holiday tasting menus. Access to private lounge offset from main dining allows people to engage in intimate conversation and parties as well. <br><br />Garcon also offers a 3 course Chef's menu all week. <br />BON APPETIT!

"Octpus salad was excellent, sweatbreads were excellent, as was the coq au vin. Bone in ribeye, also very good, was large & we shared it.
The owner & waiters are French, so the place oozes charm. It's busy & really has a good vibe!
They also sing a terrific happy birthday in French!
