Blue Duck Tavern, a contemporary neighborhood restaurant, invites its guests to gather and celebrate in good taste with a menu focusing on the freshest ingredients available from local purveyors and artisans. The menu notes every farm where the main ingredient for the dish was raised before its journey to the table. Dishes are genuine, time-honored and traditional -- slow roasting in wood embers, braising, preserving and smoking techniques bring the true flavors of America's great, simple and wholesome foods to the Blue Duck Tavern.

The restaurant has an elegant residential feel through the open staff pantry and kitchen, wood-burning oven and the showpiece Molteni range.

*Please note that for diners bringing in wine, a $35 corkage fee (per 750 ml bottle of wine), with a limit of two bottles, will be charged.

CUT is the exciting, contemporary American steak house with soulful Mediterranean influences located on the second floor of the hip 4Sixty6 nightclub.
Signature dishes from acclaimed chef/partner Sam Mickail's new menu include Four Onion Soup w/Sherry & Fontina, Dover Sole Meunière, Herb Crusted Double Cut Colorado Rack of Lamb, Triple Cut Cheesecake and some of the best dry-aged steaks and chops around. Pair them with wine from our sophisticated yet accessible wine list—or a hand-crafted cocktail from our master mixologist—for a remarkable dining experience.
Our 50-seat dining room features a gorgeous oak brick paneled bar, massive 360 piece glass chandelier, ebonied oak paneling, silver-foil ceiling and burgundy velvet drapes and club chairs.

"It was the worst steak house I ever dined at, where do I start! Took us 25 minutes to get our drinks yet two customers came and sat at the bar and were served immediately
The food was terrible bacon was fatty , steaks were ok but nothing special when your starving you eat.
So sorry that I brought dear friends there for a night out. There will be no next time

Designed by partner Jean Denoyer, Orsay strikes that difficult balance of sophisticated-chic in a warm convivial atmosphere. Dark mahogany raised paneled walls meet Art Nouveau styled arches in a deep, creamy butter color. The floor is a work of art, Italian mosaic tiles in warm tones of precious metals hand laid in a beautiful fan pattern that floats in waves across the expanse of floor. Banquettes with high wood backs topped with frosted glass panels provide privacy if wanted, and the low, soft lighting emanates from Art Nouveau period chandeliers that Denoyer had custom designed. A 20-foot long zinc-topped wood bar shipped in one piece from France, and French doors that spill onto the sidewalk terrace, completing the feeling that you are in the 9th arrondisement in Paris. This sophisticated and elegant Parisian-style brasserie marries modern French cuisine and classic brasserie fare. Orsay's award-winning wine list includes all 300 predominantly French and American varietals.

The signature dish at Legal Sea Foods – really fresh fish.
Our restaurant is located inside The Mall at Short Hills on the lower level. You may choose to beach yourself in our dining room or at our bar. Either way, we’ll think you walk on water - be sure to see our aquarium of koi fish built into the floor.

Legal Sea Foods has long proven that a consistent, high quality dining experience never goes out of style. With over 40 varieties of fresh fish and shellfish available throughout the year as well as an award-winning wine list, there’s no doubt why legions of fans have fallen hook, line and sinker.

We’ve received a boatload of accolades including being named “#1 Best Seafood Restaurant” in a nationwide poll by USA Today (2013) and the honor of serving our legendary New England Clam Chowder at every presidential inauguration since 1981.
