At the Daily Dish, the focus is on comfort food that is seasonally inspired, sustainable and locally sourced. We believe that the Farm to Fork experience benefits everyone from small farmers to our diners. We visit local produce markets to purchase seasonal, fresh produce. Our pita, focaccia & pizza dough are made daily. Our salmon & chicken are organic. We use fresh, pasture fed beef. We make our mozzarella, pickles, sauces, dressings & vinaigrettes in house from scratch. The cocktail bar has local tap beer, fun cocktails and a varied wine list. We follow these principles to cater your special event.

"We love this restaurant! It's one of the few places in between Silver Spring and Bethesda. It has an excellent brunch menu and their croissants are amazing! The blood mary bar brings great joy to my husband! We rarely go out anymore but when we do go out for brunch, he loves a good bloody mary. We have a baby and bringing him here is ok. The restaurant is small and so far as I can tell, there is no place to change a diaper."

Restaurant Marvin has been serving Belgian cuisine, American soul food-inspired dishes, and soulful sounds to the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC since 2007. Our cozy bistro on the first floor is the perfect spot for an intimate dinner while the upstairs lounge, private dining room, and rooftop bar epitomize the best of DC nightlife.

"We loved Marvins. The ambiance, the decor, the service, the food, everything. My husband and I went out to enjoy each other's company after too many weeks spent living life in opposite directions. Our dinner here helped us reconnect. The food was so delicious, the service was amazing and overall, everything was excellent. We had so much fun and cannot wait to go back!"

Amuse sits on the 4th floor of Le Meridien Hotel in Arlington overlooking the Potomac river with a panoramic view of Georgetown.Drawing inspiration from both French and Italian cuisine, Chef David Cutos offers locally sourced seasonal dishes that are both classic and modern in the dining room or our open air terrace. Hand crafted cocktails and a contemporary wine list are paired with amuse bouche by the fireplace or main bar.

"Went on a Tuesday night. The restaurant and bar were both almost full, yet the noise level was not too loud at all. It was also 7:30, so after happy hour had ended. The food is always consistently good here and the service usually is too. This particular visit was not up to par for this restaurant. Our server was inattentive and slow. He seemed to be in good spirits and attentive to other tables, so perhaps his section was too much for him to handle. We did let the manager know and the manager seemed appreciative. All other staff was great."
