Walker’s Grille is Franconia’s place to go for farm fresh, contemporary American cuisine. Our menu items are made from all natural, fresh products sourced from local and regional farming communities. Our vendors are all committed to ethical and environmentally friendly farming practices. The meat and poultry we serve are Certified Humane. Our seafood is sustainable from domestic sources. Our dishes are prepared by award winning chef Duane Keller. Chef Keller, a James Beard recipient, is held in high regard in the culinary world.<br /><br />Committed to protecting the future of our local environment we are proud to be the first restaurant in Virginia to earn LEED Gold certification, awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council. <br /><br />Creating innovative dishes in a modern, relaxed atmosphere with first class service is what we do. <br /><br />Walker's Grille... where community and good food come together.

Regularly topping the best-of-lists in the nation's capital, in 2011 and 2012, it was rated the top restaurant for food by Zagat as well as one of the top five restaurants for service. <br /><br />

Since 1963, Victor’s Cafe, a family-run New York City neighborhood gem, continues to be a culinary voyage to Cuba offering an incomparable experience with its harmony of authentic cuisine, warm hospitality and stylish environment. It has the unique distinction of being both luxurious and casual, serene and high energy, family oriented and romantic, exotic yet familiar.<br /><br />The cuisine at Victor’s includes the most delicious, authentic dishes combined with the restaurant’s exclusive creations that represent the evolution of Cuban cuisine. Signature dishes include Victor’s famous black bean soup, shredded beef (“Ropa Vieja”), and roast suckling pig (“Lechon”). <br /><br />The restaurant itself is divided into three spacious dining rooms, accented with warm lighting, colorful Cuban art, tropical ceiling fans, and lofty sky-lit ceilings. Its Cuba Lounge is intimate and warm, featuring a tapas menu and a variety of Cuban cocktails such as Mojitos and Sangria.
