"Went for lunch. Found the portions to be amazingly small--not talking a lunch special---we ordered entrees. The octopus was subpar with a nasty odor. Wine pours were small as well.
Ambiance was great, nice energy. But if the food doesn't rate, Im never coming back"

"Im not a Mexican food critic, don't eat it often enough. Went with a friend who is and wanted real non-Dos Caminos style. I enjoyed everything they served, and my friend the expert vouched for its authenticity. So very good food and ambience. Cute restaurant. Enjoy!"

"All the foods are Marc Forgione amazing....except... the steaks are too tough. This came from several people. So for a great dinner and great time come here, enjoy things like short ribs, chili lobster etc., but stay away from the steak."

Guests who dine in the Main Dining Room at Colicchio & Sons can enjoy a menu focused on Seasonal Contemporary American Cuisine. Mr. Colicchio will improvise and explore with small-batch ingredients from the micro-producers and family farmers with whom he has forged decades-long relationships. In the Tap Room guests can enjoy a menu of specialties from the wood-burning oven. An extensive selection of artisan beers, as well as a distinctive wine list by the glass and bottle, will round out the experience. Colicchio & Sons is an excellent option to gather after a brisk walk on the High Line or a long day of work!<br /><br />Colicchio & Sons accepts Brunch, Lunch and Dinner Reservations in the Tap Room and Dinner Reservations only in the Main Dining Room. <br /><br />Colicchio & Sons will not be participating in NYC Winter Restaurant Week 2014.<br /><br />The Tap Room now has it's very own OpenTable page for online reservations- http://www.opentable.com/colicchio-and-sons-tap-room

"The food is great both as to quality and taste, as well as perfectly prepared. The ambience is classy, energetic and just right. Service is professional, personal but not overbearing.
So in a word --a perfectly designed and run steakhouse. Kudos!
