If you are looking to dine in style, reserve a table in our nostalgic Main Dining room, with its gorgeous mosaic floors and beveled glass windows, or in our Jazz Bistro, were you can indulge your appetite for food and Jazz. A $4.00 per person music charge will be added to the bill in the Jazz Bistro. Both dining rooms offer the same menu and service, so you can chose the atmosphere that would please you most while dining on our wonderful Creole Cuisine. "Of all the restaurants we ate at in New Orleans we were most excited and most disappointed in Antoines. I think our waiter, Austin, ruined the experience for us. He was polite but paid no attention. I ordered tea and got wine. There were three of us and we put our jackets on the fourth chair. One of our other members came up and asked if we'd like them hung up and Austin said no, leave them where they are.The whole time Austin was glancing around looking for someone more famous to wait on. He was cold, there was no charger plate, food placed on another plate like a diner. He was unattentive, offered no history of the restaurant, was as cold as a dead fish. He did remind us how many years he worked there as if that excused his poor behavior"

TAO Group, the pioneers of the Pan-Asian trend that swept New York City over a decade ago, unveils the evolution of the TAO brand with the opening of TAO Downtown. TAO Group will mark the next iteration of the brand, taking over the spaces formerly home to Hiro Ballroom and Matsuri located beneath the Maritime Hotel and will seat up to 400 throughout the restaurant, with approximately 300 seats in the main dining room alone.<br />

"Décor is unusual and aesthetically incredible. It is spacious and just a dining pleasure. Tao in the Meatpacking District is our new go to place. If you haven't tried it you should. Don't forget to have resevations!"
