Birch & Vine is an innovative restaurant within the hip, new boutique hotel known as The Birchwood. Birch & Vine takes a seasonal approach in crafting its 'Locally Sourced ~ Globally Inspired' cuisine. As the seasons change and the bounty of the land and sea evolves, so do the menu's at Birch & Vine. Located on famous Beach Drive in the Downtown St. Petersburg district, the restaurant sits across the street from North Straub Park, the Vinoy Marina and the sparkling waters of Tampa Bay.

"Quite a number of restaurants to choose from at the St. Petersburg, FL waterfront but the newly remodeled Birch & Vine is a must try. The food preparation was classic with a twist and the service was outstanding. The gazpacho was superb! and the meatloaf was certainly not ordinary!"

According to the City Guide Tampa Bay, "The “Grand Lady of the Bay” is home to Marchands Bar & Grill, a swank eatery that keeps vigil over the downtown marina. Remodeling efforts emulate the Mediterranean decor present throughout the Renaissance Vinoy Resort while utilizing rich woods and marbles. Keeping up with changes in guest expectations and healthier lifestyles, the menu also reflects a brand new era -- gone are the tired sauces and a heavier fare of yesteryear. In their place, the menu reflects the flavors of the Mediterranean with touches of other global influences, such as a macadamia-encrusted fish might be served with a papaya or mango salsa, while the lamb is redolent of the most virgin olive oil with touches of fresh rosemary. Careful preparation coupled with exquisite presentation renders each plate an experience. This is dining to be savored, not merely experienced."

"With only a short tstay at Miami Beach - we wanted to try a Cuban restaurant. De Rodriguez did not disappoint with classic Cuban offerings as well as Spanish influenced fare. We had some of the best tapas ever - the octopus was perfectly prepared, and the paella was perfect for two and exquisite - loaded with seafood and the rice was superbly flavorful."

"Have traveled the world and have eaten at some of the best places for steak and no one can beat the Prime Rib dinner at Simpson's! Absolutely THE BEST! They make it authentic with Yorkshire Pudding (a classic Popover) which is absolute heaven when dunked in the au jus."

"Buca is definitely a great choice for large groups because even their small portions feed at minimum 2 if not 3 persons. So for a party of 2 it is difficult to figure out what is not too much and iif leftovers (sure to have some) will be as good the next day or two/ Well, go for the meatballs - order all three and a side of Spaghetti Marinara. This combination is not only perfect for two but you can indulge on the best and biggest meatballs on the planet! Yum!"

Our new location in Braintree is making a splash. Designed to evoke memories of vintage seafood restaurants, the space offers as many seating options as fish in the sea. Most notable are the three bars – including an oyster bar and food bar along the exposed kitchen – to satisfy any thirst (or hunger) for fun. In warm weather, a glass wall slides back to a large patio. <br /><br />Our menu includes all the Legal Sea Foods classics, but also some specialties of the house that will reel you in. And our late night menu, available Monday through Saturday, begins two hours before close.<br /><br />We’re located right off of Route 93 in South Shore Place, across the street from South Shore Plaza.

"if you love whole-belly clams, this is the place for you. They were sweet, succulent, perfectly breaded and fried! We want to try all the luscious fare on the menu but always end up with the clams! The clam chowder is also perfection!"
