Chef Luke Wallace prepares seasonal inspired dishes at Tom Colicchio’s casual Flatiron restaurant. The menu features a wide variety of small & large plates from Snacks, House-Made Charcuterie, Salumi, Artisanal Cheeses, Salads as well as Handmade Pastas, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The rustic and comfortable dining room lends itself to a quick lunch where guests can try our Croque Monsieur, a full dinner of Choucroute Garnie and Ricotta Ravioli, or a snack of Pecorino Arancini and East Coast Oysters. We are also serving a soul-satisfying brunch with dishes like Pork Scrapple & Eggs and our Applewood Smoked Salmon prepared in-house. Be sure to save room for Pastry Chef, Abby Swain’s creations including her take on the S’mores Tart.

"To be fair we weren't starving so just had appetizers, the fondue-like cheese, the peach tartine and a beet salad. Which were fine, but not mind blowing. The menu didn't have a lot of things that looked as appealing to me as I hoped. I'll have to try it again when I'm really hungry. Or just will stick to Craft, which is my NYC #1 restaurant."

Acclaimed Australian Executive Chef Chris Rendell is heading back to the beach, creating a menu following his much loved Aussie Cooking Philosophy. The Restaurant at The Surf Lodge will be offering a simple, clean, fresh, local and organic market driven menu with a focus on daily caught seafood.<br /><br />The restaurant was inspired by the culture and lifestyle of Byron Bay, one of Australia’s most authentic surf towns.<br />

South Edison is one of Montauk's top tables. Offering classic Montauk beach fare with a fresh and creative twist, South Edison is "the model of a summery eatery in a beachy town," says Peter Gianotti of Newsday. Chef Todd Mitgang, of Manhattan's three-star Cascabel Taqueria and formerly of Crave Ceviche Bar, offers a seafood centric menu with inventive flavors. A mere two blocks from the ocean, South Edison offers a menu changing almost daily to highlight the fresh local seafood, most of it sourced from the fishing docks only a mile away. Everything at South Edison from the colors and the furniture to the décor and lighting says Hamptons beach house. Look for creative cocktails such as dirty sandbox, patio pounder and the Montauk mojito at the bar as well as local brews from Six Point Brewery at the bar or in Growlers to go. Whether it's an après beach cocktail and a snack or a candlelit dinner for two, South Edison is a perfect summer spot.

Overlooking scenic Fort Pond, East by Northeast is among the most beautiful restaurants on the east end. Serving the freshest Montauk seafood and shellfish, locally grown produce, serious steaks and Long Island and new world wines. The menu is a culinary journey from the Northeast to the Far East. Panoramic sunsets over Fort Pond, a stone wine room, and a comfortable and extremely popular bar and lounge make East by Northeast the perfect choice for a group celebration or an intimate dinner for two. The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East is inspired by a healthy approach to diet and lifestyle – but not obsessive in its goal. We are all about good, wholesome, fresh, natural ingredients and sources (organic meats and vegetables from the local farmer's markets, fresh catch from the local fishermen). But we can make a pretty nifty drink too.
