Located just North of the town square in downtown Healdsburg, Old Havana meets the Wine Country at Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar. The warm and vibrant decor invite you in while the extensive list of small plates and the fun, eclectic drink menu make you feel right at home. The small plates menu is designed for sharing and features items ranging from New England Style “Rolls,” tuna tartare and ceviches to Latin inspired skewers. The bar is known for its specialty cocktail list featuring Mojitos, Raspberry Lemon Drops and Pomatinis. Willi's has earned a reputation as a great wine country destination, open since the fall of 2003. Patio dining is available. Note: Reservations NOT accepted Friday, Saturday & Sunday Nights.

"My husband & I drove up from Glen Ellen looking for the great food experiences we have been having during our 3 month escape from Tucson. Unfortunately since my husband seems only to go the raw oyster route and this was a tapa type restaurant, we could not share. I had the delicious mushrooms but the toast it was resting on was so tough I could not hardly cut it. The Shrimp dish was good but not great and having to peel them left my hands greasy. I want to be served food that I can fork eat and food like I can't make as good or better in my own kitchen. Sorry, we will stick to Starks in Santa Rosa, this was not worth the drive & I have had much better Bloody Mary's."

"Our dining experience overall was perfection, one felt transported to a real French Bistro. The small cucumber infused starter was superb, my melon starter was excellent, next I had a bibb lettuce salad with goat cheese that I could have ordered twice over, then came disappointment dishes, the chicken was somewhat dry and the apple tart, the apple topping was lovely with whip cream with a mint leaf. The tart shell was tough and had to be cut with a sharp knife, so much so that we simply ate the delicious apples and gave up on the pastry. My husband had oysters which he said were the best he has ever had followed by the mussel dish - he was a VERY HAPPY man until the apple tart which I have already covered. Would we go back? YES!!"

Stark's Steakhouse brings classic fare with a modern approach to downtown Santa Rosa's Old Railroad Square. The restaurant's decor blends classic charm and vintage detail with lush fabrics, weathered leather, and two fireplaces in an old brick setting.

Stark's Steakhouse features CAB Certified Prime Angus, grass fed and beef and also features the only in-house dry-aging program in Sonoma County. Cuts of meat include Bone in New York Strip, Rib Eye, American Kobe and Filet Mignon. Keeping with owner/executive chef Mark Stark's "farm to table" philosophy, Stark's Steakhouse also offers a wide selection of "non-steak" dishes that highlight the plethora of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients available in Sonoma County.

"Our 3rd time here in 3 weeks, that may be the problem. I thought my salad (the wedge) was not quite right, seemed like it consisted of large pieces of lettuce rather than wedge of ice cold iceberg.. The salmon was good and the creme brûlée was outstanding. Our guests who are not as "foodies" as much as we are, loved their wedge and prime rib, cauliflower gratin and truffle fries. All in in you cannot go wrong!!!"

Nestled in the heart of the Russian River Valley wine region, the "country-chic" Farmhouse is a Michelin One Star (*) restaurant, a top Zagat reviewed restaurant for the entire San Francisco Bay Area and has been a San Francisco Chronicle's Top 100 Restaurant four years running. Chef Steve Litke offers "sublime" seasonal California-French cuisine showcasing local, artisan ingredients. Maitre d', Christopher Fohner ensures Farmhouse's signature "pampering", "knowledgeable" service, as well as overseeing the ever-changing array of local and international artisan cheeses, served tableside. Wine Director, Geoff Kruth has assembled a "top-notch" wine list, of world-class wines, emphasizing the finest gems of Sonoma County. The Farmhouse also offers luxury accommodations for those who feel inclined to extend the experience.

"FABULOUS in all respects!!! There were 3 of us for dinner but I will only give you my choices: The Farmhouse BLT salad, Halibut and the Apricot soufflé. Portions are small but when the food is great one does not need large portions and you feel very satisfied not stuffed. Of course with vineyards all around the area, the wine was superb. Would we go again, YOU BET!! Remember that this is not one of your low priced eateries. My dining companions loved their meals as well as I did."

El Dorado Kitchen blends sophisticated urban style with a relaxed wine-country spirit in a setting that is at once simple and dramatic, contemporary and comfortable. The restaurant offers a stunning stone courtyard for outside dining, a relaxing lounge with a fireplace for cocktails, and an inviting private dining room for the ultimate intimate gathering. "Had dinner on a Sunday evening. Traffic made us a little late for our reservation so the check in person made us wait to be seated, however, that being said, we had a wonderful wait person, the food was outstanding (salad for me, raw oysters for my husband followed by lemon ricotta ravioli, dessert fig something for husband - fried blueberry pie for me - mine was not so great). Great wine, great food (overall) and great service, can't wait to go again!!!"

"We are staying in the Sonoma Valley for the summer (getting away from Tucson HEAT) and are in paradise with having so many choices of outstanding restaurants!! The Buckeye was recommended by a good friend for their Oysters Bingo and WOW were they GOOD. I had an order as a starter followed by a salad then another order of Oysters Bingo as my main. Would you say that I liked them??? My husband also had the Bingo followed by liver which he loved. We ended with S'more pie - yummy! Would we go again? you bet!!"

"For some reason service (kitchen??) was very slow on a Thurs. evening. Had 2 selections (starter & main) the starter was outstanding, the main which was a summer veg concoction - not very good. Learning experience!! Will we be back? You bet!!!"

"Well worth the drive from Oro Valley, matter of fact, we have reservations for the next 3 weeks. We want to try other items on the menu. However, one item that will not change for me is Steak Tatare, it is wonderful!!!"
