Del Frisco's Grille DC is situated in the heart of the nation’s capital between the US Capitol and the White House on one of America’s most iconic roads – Pennsylvania Avenue. Etch is the newest culinary venture from Chef Deb Paquette. Located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in downtown Nashville, Etch offers a private dining room, full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating. <br /><br />In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville’s best chef and Nashville’s best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.<br /><br />The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. At The 404, Chef Matt Bolus offers a modern take on classical European cuisine with a menu influenced on available produce grown at local farms. Located in a shipping container, the restaurant is a uniquely quaint and casual fine dining venue.<br />Please call for seating in our glass enclosed dining area and to reserve tables of 6 or more.

"Burrata with truffles was the best dish in Nashville, the salt bomb scallops with truffle was the worst.
Fun restaurant, great service, quick to apologize for kitchen errors - but there were several, and the inconsistency from one dish to another was annoying and sloppy.
I'd go back, but order their simpler dishes.

The Farm House, reflects the 15 year dream of Chef Cioccia and offers traditional Southern cuisine with modern technique and fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Former executive chef of Cantina Laredo and sous chef of Capitol Grille, Trey Cioccia is now the owner and executive chef of The Farm House, where he will create unique dishes, offer sophisticated service and share the flavors and culture he grew up with. Located at street-level of the Encore building, the interior of the restaurant will keep with the traditional Southern theme sourcing handmade reclaimed wood tables, Tennessee heirlooms and warm, modern lighting. Dishes consisting of house-cured meats and local ingredients, along with high-quality bourbon cocktails will be available to guests.

At Sonoma Restaurant and Wine Bar, our culinary mission is straightforward - use the best local ingredients as simply as possible. New American Cuisine places an emphasis on seasonal ingredients that are regionally available, and our menu changes frequently to reflect the Mid-Atlantic’s offerings. The first floor, a bustling, “upscale-casual” bistro and wine bar, offers superior moderately-priced cuisine by using the best local, organic, and naturally raised ingredients. The menu bears a southern European influence, and is comprised of four groups: cheese and charcuterie, handmade pasta and pizzas, wood-grilled meats and fish, and organic salads and produce. The second floor features a lounge and reserve wine bar along with a dining room for private events.
