Agwa's Reviews

Chef/Owner Robert Wiedmaier of Marcel's opens a casual, contemporary brasserie named after his younger son. The stunning space features an open steel and glass kitchen visible from three sides, set across from a unique family-style chef's table, dramatic 22-foot ceilings and a raw bar located at the end of a grand marble and walnut bar featuring an array of Belgian beers on tap to complement his French Belgian fare. Expansive outdoor patio is open April thru October. REAL certified by the US Healthful Food Council

"The restaurant has been "Hyatt-jacked" and has no atmosphere at all. However the kitchen and staff do a solid job. Recommend sticking with the small plates. Great place for an informal business meeting."

"Clyde's is never great, but importantly never bad either. Good stalwart for a business lunch, or lunch with friends."

Come and experience our lively interpretation of South Carolina Low-Country cuisine. Enjoy good southern food, servers who bubble over with hospitality, and a dining room that is truly distinctive. With its honey-colored walls, golden woods and bronze sculptures that crawl across the ceiling, designer Adam Tihany has created an atmosphere to awaken your senses. What better place to enjoy low country cuisine than in this contemporary environment celebrating the south. Offering the flavor of the South - the Soul of Washington; where we will be sure to leave a light burning in the window for you, our guests.

Follow us on Twitter: twitter.com/gbrowns

Visit our Facebook page: www.georgiabrowns.com/facebook

"Used to be great, now just tired food, tired decor and tired service. Great shame and I hope they put some money back into restoring this one time destination restaurant."

Choose from a variety of chowders, stews and brews for an unforgettable, international culinary experience. High-quality steaks offer diners a tempting alternative to seafood, but it is the seafood that rules at Chelsea Chowder House. Sample our most popular chowders, which change weekly, or savor one of our other signature fresh seafood dishes.

"The food isn't bad, but clearly relies heavily on microwave for heating soups etc. Great view, alas the rest doesn't match - but the staff do try."
