Mark Reggiannini is a former sous chef for Jean Georges Vonrichten, and has a philosophy regarding food - simplicity. His rustic bistro cooking focuses on the use of local fine ingredients, prepared using French techniques. Private dining room and buyout options available. La Marmotte menu changes nightly depending on what is in season and fresh.

"Imagine arriving in Telluride ready for a extended weekend of fresh powder skiing, walking through the snow and arriving at a warm, inviting eatery in the heart of town. All of our selections were delightful especially the rabbit and the duck. It was our first night and basically things went 'downhill' from there (lol)!"
