Posto, a modern interpretation of a classic Italian pizzeria, enoteca and trattoria all presented in a “farm chic” open air concept, is a fantastic new addition to Davis Square. Specializing in wood fired Neapolitan Pizza and Italian cuisine. Our menu features handmade pastas, grilled meats and fish, specialty cocktails and an extensive wine by the glass list that is centered around “Enzo,” our imported Italian wine preservation system. Posto is an elegantly appointed venue with subtle contemporary and rustic sophistication providing a family friendly, approachable dining venue. We support local artists, farmers, and ranchers whenever possible.

"Posto does not disappoint with wonderful service and great food. The tiramisu was good but not great, though pizza and arancini were fab. A favorite spot for sure!"

The Painted Burro is Davis Square's new upscale casual Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar from the family that brought you nearby Posto Restaurant. Our goal at The Painted Burro is to provide diverse food and drink inspired by Mexican culture using local ingredients. Imbibe on cocktails, craft beer and an extensive Tequila and Mezcal list in a fun and unique venue.

"The service was phenomenal. The donut didn't disappoint; it was probably the best thing we had. Very nice cappuccino and lovely glasses of sparkling red. The wine was actually reasonably priced. My husband got *the burger* and he said it was good but not memorable or one of the best he's ever had. I know it is a meaty place and I get that and appreciate that they accommodate my silly vegetarian ways, but I essentially paid $21 for an okay grilled cheese. In our opinion, it is overpriced to begin with and even moreso when you are paying the same price for a paired down non-meat meal. This was our experience when we went for dinner as well. The food was good, but there are several places we'd rather go for better food and value."
