"What i enjoy besides the food is the various age groups that frequent Southern Rail. As for the food, I can never leave without ordering the fried green tomatoes. This time I tried the salmon and it was crispy and sweet. The pork loin is still the best value regarding portion size and presentation. Top it all off with bread pudding and aromatic coffee and the night is complete. Thanks again Beckett!"

Chef Justin Beckett brings together what matters to him most: family, friends and honest, incredible food. With considerable help from his partners and longtime friends Scott and Katie Stephens and his wife Michelle, Beckett has created an irresistible hangout for his discerning Arcadia/Biltmore neighbors, people who expect comfort and sophistication in equal measure and get it here.<br /><br><br><br />The same grounded approach is evident on the menu, which emphasizes Seasonal American Cooking in dishes such as Creamy Grits and Spicy Andouille Sausage with mustard jus, Pork Osso Buco Confit with spinach pancetta spaetzle , or Fork Tender Short Ribs with creamy mashed potatoes, sautéed veggies, red wine reduction.<br /><br><br><br />Factor in the inviting bar, roomy patio and community table, and it gets even easier to follow the Beckett's Table mandate: Come Together.

"We received an invitation to Celebrate Beckett's 4th birthday featuring a special 4 course beer pairing menu. The courses were unique, creative and just delicious featuring Az Four Peaks beers. Who knew that pumpkin, orange and chocolate go together so well. Or Kim Che is a great compliment to crispy pork belly. 3 of the 4 of us ordered the birthday special and was very delighted in sharing a special meal. The 4th ordered his favorite fork tender short ribs and veggie chop salad. Everyone left happy."

"Little Cleo's offers up the best selection of seafood we have seen on any other Phoenix menu. The Shrimp Po'boy was fantastic and a must try. The medium shrimp are lightly coated/fried, plump and tasty offset by marinated onion on a crispy crust hero and a side of slaw. Sweet corn puree, fava beans and mushrooms made the light and smooth flavor of the wild salmon bloom. $1 Oysters were very tasty with just a little lemon. No need to cover them up with cocktail sauce or horseradish. My squid ink pasta with mussels topped the list for me because it's hard to find this dish done right. We will be back for more. Pure, simple, creative and outstanding."

"Went with friends and everyone was more than satisfied. We will return for Restaurant week in Sept. The wild salmon was succulent, sole was crisp outside and tender/meaty inside, the small stuffed potato and multi-veggie sides were very tasty and not salty or swimming in liquid. 2 of us ordered the crusted butter cake for desert which serves 2 easy. I ate the watermelon sorbet all by myself and it was fantastic not too sweet or icy. Overall a great meal and excellent service."

"back again with friends. 2 ordered the prime rib special and it was a great value. the delmonico never disappoints and 1st time i ordered the salmon and will get it again. portions were plenty, everything was hot and cooked just the way we like it. service was attentive and hot crusty bread kept coming. after a social and unhurried 2.75 hours with lots of conversation we left happy."
