Sparks Steak House was opened in 1966 by Michael and Pasquale Cetta, hence the logo 'Cetta Brothers Steak Masters'. The restaurant is still a family owned and operated business and is located in midtown Manhattan, a five minute walk from Grand Central Station and The United Nations.

The restaurant is well known for excellent steaks, seafood, fresh vegetables and satisfying salads. And of course, the huge wine list.

"Once again, we went to our favorite steakhouse & once again, the steaks were marvelous! I've been to lots of different steakhouses in NYC but I've not found any steak any better. We had our family with us (10 of us which included 4 grandkids ) and they also loved it. The only thing was that our waiter was not very friendly. I've always gotten great service there with very friendly waiters so I was hoping we would get one that would interact with the kids and make them feel really welcomed in a nice restaurant like that but it didn't happen. Except to wait on us, it was as if we were not there. But, I will be back because I can't pass up the wonderful steaks when I am in NYC!"

Known worldwide as the ultimate destination for chocolate, Max Brenner is the perfect place to eat… and indulge. Fill up on Really Crunchy Mac & Cheese, a pressed waffle sandwich or our ever-popular Brenner Burger. But save room, because the main course is dessert. Experience chocolate to the fullest and enjoy hot chocolate, Choctails, fondues, sugar waffles and more. Our most iconic dishes are served in specially-designed ceramic utensils, turning chocolate consumption into a chocolate ceremony. So double dip, lick your fingers and forget to share because at Max Brenner there aren’t rules – all you have to do is really love chocolate.

"My husband & I took our kids/spouses/grandkids to NYC (10 of us) and we had a reservation at Max Brenner's. It was a complete success! The kids absolutely loved it! I loved it again, as usual. And, our waitress was one of the best waitresses we had in the whole city. I wish I knew her name so I could mention her in this review. We were seated upstairs at a long table at the back of the room which was nice. Also, one of our grandkids spilled something and they were on it like lightening and cleaned it up for us with an attitude that was just great and made our granddaughter feel OK about her 'spill'. We ate at a lot of GREAT restaurants while there but the kids like this place the best! I WILL be back, with or without kids!"

Eclectic, yet traditional, Gray's menu reflects the best of the South in food, and focuses on locally sourced ingredients. The second floor bar and music hall features hand-crafted cocktails that celebrate the brandy culture of the late 19th century, along with live performances from Music City's finest. The third story holds a casual yet elegant space for our supper club members.

"We had never been here for dinner, only lunch. We weren't disappointed! The meal was great & so was the service. They knew it was our anniversary & put us upstairs in the much quieter room. That was great. We will definitely return for lunch or dinner!"

A Diamond in the Diamond district, a home away from home in Times Square NY, a New Show in the Theater District... A delicious Cuisine with the experience of a staff working together for more than 10 years, to add care and gusto to hospitality.

Magical is a word thrown around a lot when discussing Tavern On The Green and one can’t help but feel magic in the air. Jim and David, architect Richard Lewis and landscape architect Robin Key, preserved the Victorian/ Gothic elegance of the semi-circular building; it is authentic, natural, elegant and sexy. It has been re-built to spectacular precision and the décor is of a grand farmhouse one might find on the property of an Italian Villa or a historic Hudson River Valley mansion.

"I think I went here expecting the same type of restaurant it used to be but it wasn't anything like that except the beautiful outdoor setting. Menu wasn't 'choice friendly'. No 'normal' selections. Just kind of 'far out there'. I think the menu changes often, so maybe some nights it will have better choices but nothing on the whole menu appealed to me. The Mac & cheese had artichokes in it? It seemed like the chef was trying to see how weird he could get & that took away any normal sounding choices. Not everyone who visits nice expensive restaurants eats like that. Some just like good cooking. On top of that, our waiter wasn't very helpful & certainly not friendly. Also, the inside is nowhere near as pretty as it used to be. Sad."
