Great Maple is a simple declaration and appreciation for Seasonal Produce, Responsible Seafood and Farm Fresh American Meat. We show our love of these great gifts as we protect and serve them in a room created for libation and conversation. A European Dinette in America. To be without pretense and celebrate daily Seasonal items and of course pies!

Gaspar is a French restaurant reminiscent of a Parisian brasserie with modern mid-20th century flair, it is allure and intrigue, transporting guests to a time long past with the flavor and style of a classic French locale with a creatively avant-garde twist. Inspired by the romantic bustling Paris of old, and centered on extraordinary food, drink, and hospitality - Gaspar is an exciting complement to the bustling Financial District while offering a dynamic shift in the city’s landscape of restaurants. Gaspar cuisine, helmed by Executive Chef Chris Jones, showcases a menu of approachable brasserie fare comprised of classic French dishes, with the local Northern California landscape (bounty instead) woven throughout.

"We had a group of six and opted for the chef's tasting. It was such a treat! From smoked olives to veal sweetbreads, we were tantalized. The short rib and the lamb tartare were my absolute favorites. Plus, the gut and grits cocktail - I'm still dreaming about it."

Rich earth tones of orange, red and brown impart warmth to the cool and tranquil space. Thin tapestries of translucent rose fabric are embellished with flame motifs and suspended from the ceiling, creating a separate seating area perfect for a light bite near the large front windows.
Famous for its unique and mouth-watering interpretation of Japanese cuisine. Upscale Japanese fare is given a jolt of new life through an innovative use of ingredients, resulting in refreshing and exciting flavor combinations. Crispy Rice with Spice Tuna, an addictive version of the classic spicy tuna roll, featuring warm grilled rice topped with a thick layer of cool, savory tuna. Baked Crab Roll, for which succulent fresh crabmeat is wrapped in a thin rice crepe paper dotted with sesame seeds and baked to perfection. Hamachi Fusion with Soy-Citrus and Truffle Essence all artfully plated by Koi’s skilled culinary team.

"Typically, I would only order sushi at Koi. The sashimi here is amazing and I can't get enough of the crispy rice with spicy tuna. However, I was with friends who preferred cooked fish and we were sharing. The sea bass was AMAZING. Don't skip that when you go to Koi. AMAZING."

Located in the landmark Board of Trade building at the intersection of State and Broad streets; Bostonia Public House celebrates the history and tradition of Boston. This Tanya Nayak design thoughtfully combines, rustic elements, modern accents and unique finishes that will remind Bostonians of their rich and colorful heritage. Cognac and coffee tones, tufted banquets, vintage and modern lounge seating promote a warm environment. Bostonia Public House will offer a ‘refined rustic’ menu within a vibrant bar atmosphere. The stunning reincarnation of New York's original 1959 Brasserie showcases the award-winning, ultramodern design of Diller + Scofidio. Executive Chef Luc Dimnet's menu demonstrates a bold use of flavor giving an unexpected taste to classic French brasserie fare. Savor traditional dishes including Onion Soup Gratinèe and Maine Bouchot Mussels Marinière or modern plates like Gougonettes of Cod and Long Island Duck Breast Confit.

Visit our other great restaurants by clicking on the link below.

The Patina Restaurant Group
