"My husband meal was wonderful...I ended up eating half of it. I ordered the chicken breast and it was like a hockey puck. It was dealt with very quickly and another dinner was brought to me in less than 5 minutes."

"The food, drinks and service were outstanding! We started at the bar and had great drinks both recommended by the bartender.
Once we got to our table it just kept getting better. Our friend had one of the salads and raved about it. My husband had the pork dish and I had chicken. All the food was wonderful, as well as the service."

Geoffrey Zakarian has re-launched the iconic Palm Court at The Plaza hotel with a complete renovation helmed by Master Architect Thierry Despont. Zakarian showcases classic American savory menus from morning to evening, while Despont has brought the grand feeling of Central Park indoors, creating an ambience that feels warm, private and glamorous. Bespoke furnishings provide a relaxed, yet elegant setting well-suited for either a professional breakfast meeting or an evening of cocktails crafted by mixologist Brian Van Flandern. Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a tea list with worldly depth, and of course, a bit of Eloise too. Pastry Chef Matthew Lambie creates unique dessert experiences that effortlessly combine both classic and modern elements, while staying true to the Palm Court grandeur. This elegant room marked with its stained glass dome and impressive height adds a touch of old New York to a very polished and modern sense of hospitality.

"A must do when in New York. We took our daughter when we were visiting over Christmas. It was wonderful. You get a lot of food! We ordered three afternoon teas and had plenty...too much. The university student took a doggie bag. It's not for those with short arms and deep pockets, but we thought it was worth every penny."

"You don't expect good food at a hotel restaurant, boy were we surprised. The food was outstanding and the service wonderful and attentive. I had the halibut and my husband had the chicken. Good size portions and seasoned perfectly. I have lactose intolerance that the chef de cuisine was wonderful and made my meal taste as if it was missing nothing."

"We had dinner before a show. The food and service was wonderful. We had a charcuterie plate to start and a couple of salads. Then a steak for me, delicious and my husband had the Saltanbucca again delicious (I tried it). Great wine list. This is a very busy restaurant and the tables are close together makes you feel like you are in Italy."

"We ordered the Hash Brown Stack and the Pork Cheeck Benedict. Both were delicious however very rich. I thought the stack was salty (lots of bacon) but that might have just been me as I don't use a lot of salt. The drink special was wonderful and refreshing. Service was very good."
