Babs's Reviews

The newest Chef Geoff's restaurant is the go-to destination on the Pike. Located across from Montrose Crossing, Chef Geoff's Rockville is the perfect spot for a business lunch or family dinner in a friendly and energetic atmosphere. Only minutes from the Strathmore, we're the perfect location for pre-theater dining. A three course Sunset Special is offered daily from 4-6:30 pm for $23.95. Need a break from work? There is no better place than our newly renovated bar for all-day happy hour Monday and Tuesday. Have a case of the Mondays? We have the solution with ½ price bottles of wine every Monday. We are also now featuring brunch on Saturday AND Sunday! We are excited to finally be a part of your neighborhood and hope that you will come join us soon. Cheers! Chef Geoff

"My husband and I arrived with two out of town relatives when the restaurant opened for brunch, so it was fairly empty at that time. The waiter took our orders without writing anything down. Two of us ordered special frittatas. Mine was an egg white frittata no cheese, while the other was a regular one with cheese. After about 20 minutes, the meals arrived, but the frittatas were all wrong. The relative said she would eat the egg white one with cheese, even though this had not been her choice, but I had to send mine back. I waited half an hour to get another one and by that time everyone else had finished their brunch. They said that the delay was because their manager had to okay the new frittata being made and she had been busy acting as hostess. No offer was made to comp the meal. Coffee was slow to be refilled. Food was okay, but very pricey for brunch."
