Our restaurant menus and décor are inspired by the culinary spoils of the Pacific Northwest, and we take great pride in working with our local farmers and producers to ensure quality and dependability. Our lounge has become a neighbourhood favourite for happy hour or pre-theater drinks and bites. Our team of mixologists create one-of-a-kind specialty and classic cocktails to pair with our small plate offerings.

"We had another great experience at Urbane. Great food, well served good selection of beers and wines and cocktails. A special note that they took wonderful care of one of our dinner guests who is completely blind. Didn't hesitate to provide the accomodations needed to ensure that he had a great experience too. Nicely Done!!"

The shadowy allure of The Old Sage offers Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood an urban hearth celebrating humble meats and vegetables. Under the street art gaze of a teetotal-ling, abstemious City pioneer on the wall, guests of The Old Sage Smoked Meats & Malts enjoy skillfully smoked meats and seafood crafted by two chefs recognized as some of the nation’s best: Brian McCracken and Dana Tough. The Chefs use unique smoking techniques, different from traditionally smoked meats, to draw out delicious flavors. Simple meats, starches and vegetables are revered here. And, for sipping, good, malty beers and whiskies are the cornerstone of The Old Sage bar… where liquor satisfies those less moderate in this city of pioneers.

"Our vegetarian had a very hard time figuring out a meal here. The rest of us had good food from their somewhen limited menu. Their clear focus on smoked foods and drinks serves them well as the food and drinks were very good."

"Cuoco" is the Italian word for "cook," and the inspiration for showing off our chefs in an open kitchen. The pasta work station is framed in crisp white tile and surrounded by warm gold and red walls. In addition to the featured fresh pastas, there are savory vegetables and other hearty entrees, created by our newest chef, Stuart Lane. Several private dining options will be available to accommodate 12-25 guests.

"This was my fourth visit, second visit for lunch. As with prior visits the food was wonderful and the service swift and courteous. If I would change anything I would find a way to tone down the crowd noise. Once the place is full, which it usually is, it can be very hard to hear your conversations with your friends."
