Estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis is renowned for its exceptional fish and seafood, its elegance, sophistication and its refined approach to the Grecian culinary experience. Through 35 years of intensive research, Milos has managed to build lasting relationships with growers, producers and small-scale family fisheries in the Mediterannean islands and the shores of Greece, from where the fresh fish arrives in daily. An open kitchen is offset by a fish market display providing diners with a stunning selection of more than a dozen varieties of whole fresh fish served by the pound. While they vary with the changing of the tides, guests have the opportunity to engage in their dining experience - pick it, price it and make it theirs.

"I must say that while the food did live up to its hype, with fresh ingredients and quite tasty food. However, I was extremely disappointed with the fact that I had made a reservation for an 8:30 pm seating but was seated at 9:15 pm. 45 minutes later after I had to go and complain. On top of that, I received a half hearted apology. Service like this really makes me wonder whether to revisit a restaurant like this one..."
