"The food here is excellent but I wouldn't call it amazing. Also, very expensive with smaller portions. While the food didn't amaze me, I thought the staff was exceptional! We had our 3y/o along and the staff treated very well. Even when she was a little cranky. I was super impressed by all of the staff we interacted with."

Morimoto is a cutting-edge restaurant serving contemporary Japanese cuisine. Chef Masaharu Morimoto of Iron Chef fame prepares traditional dishes with a modern flair. Reservations will be accommodated at the sushi bar or a table; both options are fabulous! Special requests are encouraged but not guaranteed; please call the restaurant to discuss your special requests well before your reservation date.

"My wife and I had the mid-level prix fixe dining option. It was my birthday so we decided to splurge. Nearly every course was very good with our favorite being the kobe beef that melted in your mouth. Unfortunately, we did not get to try any sushi since we were so full from the multi-course fare. What's with the weiner lamp in the middle of the table? If you've been there, you'll know what I'm talking about."

"Shrimp...stuffed with cheese...wrapped in bacon....then fried....(drool). Everyone should try these once before they die...which will likely be shortly after eating them. Those shrimp were soooo good! As an aside, the guac, enchiladas del playa, and service were all very good as well."

"When we went, there was hardly anyone in there which was nice because it was quiet and we had our server's undivided attention. The food was amazing! Probably wouldn't order the osso bucco again on account of the portion size was small but it tasted good. The seafood moilee was out of sight! My wife couldn't stop eating the kashmiri naan (until we ran out, that is). Service was impeccable! If we ever go back to Philly, we will definitely eat here!"

"Fusia is a really nice place to eat. The sushi was very good as were the noodle dishes. We had lo mein (for our 3 y/o) which she enjoyed very much and my wife and I felt was true to form for lo mein but nothing special. We also had the fried tofu panang curry. While we weren't fans of their fried tofu, we thought the curry sauce was quite good. If we ordered that dish again, we would get chicken instead. Service was friendly and attentive. I would say that the service was better than the food. Overall, it was a good experience but the food wasn't mind blowing."
