The approachable wine list features wines from Italy and Greece, as well as grower champagne, with an emphasis on small producers and older vintages. At Bistronomic, enjoy modern cuisine rooted in French culture that showcases ingredients from Midwestern farms. The restaurant, whose name is a combination of three words: bistro / gastronomy / economic, is Chef Martial Noguier’s long-time dream come to fruition; to create a contemporary bistro that is both approachable and affordable.<br /><br />Bistronomic’s delicious menu items – composed from seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients – include expertly prepared items like Martial's Mother's Homemade Country Pâté, Seared Diver Scallops, and the Filet Mignon au Poivre. <br /><br />The fully stocked bar features imported spirits and an assortment of cocktails. Many of the French and Californian labels are available by the glass.<br /><br />A table for up to 14 is available on Friday and Saturday nights in a semi-private room. Guests may order from the a la carte or prix fixe menus.<br /><br />The restaurant is family owned and operated as part of the LM Restaurant Group.
