Blu Sardinia, a Modern Style Italian restaurant that uses the best locally-sourced ingredients alongside some special Italian imports- like our signature olive oil and our Cannonau red wine. While some of the dishes on the menu may be new to you they are modern Italian favorites that will leave you not just feeling satisfied but feeling good.

Latin inspired cuisine and cocktails in a fun, sophisticated 1908 brick building on the cusp of Capitol Hill. From the Tango front door it is just a short walk to the Convention Center, Paramount Theater and ACT Theater. Tango is a family owned restaurant that prides itself on great paella, ceviche and mojitos. <br />Come on in and enjoy!

"We have dined here many times & always have a wonderful experience. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful as to what to order. The food has always been delicious! We usually do the tapas & share which gives you a taste of a lot of things. Some favorites are Queso Azul, Cheap Dates, Tuna Ceviche, Croquetas de Papas and the El Diablo for dessert is amazing!! The cocktails are also quite delicious. You won't be disappointed if you dine here!"

"This place is always busy on the weekends for breakfast/brunch so be sure to make a reservation to avoid a wait. The food is delicious. The fruit bar is a great addition to your pancakes etc. It is loud & energetic so not a place for an intimate meal but wonderful service & food."

"We had a nice meal here and service was adequate. The atmosphere is the reason to go here. The pool in the middle of the room & the "rain" are interesting if not a little hokey. We were there for the live music which was vary good."

The restaurant is a partnership between Anthony McDonald, who brings 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry in New Orleans as well as many of his family's recipes, & Marcela Fuenzalida, who adds five years experience as co-owner of a restaurant along with 25 years in the financial industry.<br /><br />Marcela's Creole Cookery's authentic creole flavors & outstanding service has received local & national recognition, placing it amongst Seattle finest locally owned restaurants. In 2009 Marcela's Creole Cookery was honored with a menu exhibit at The Southern Food & Beverage Museum in New Orleans for bringing authentic Creole flavors to the Pacific Northwest in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. "This is our 2nd year celebrating New Year's Eve at Aqua. They do a very nice job of making the evening feel special. Good service. Celebratory hats are given out before midnight where you can see the Space Needle fireworks from the the restaurant. A very nice night!"
