BLT Steak's design integrates select traditional elements of the French "Bistro" and an American "Steakhouse". A lighter environment has been created that is enhanced by the richness of Macassar Ebony tables and matching suede. A 25-foot bar greets diners with an excellent array of libations for pre- or post- dining pleasure including an oyster and shellfish raw bar.

Reservations are accepted for parties of 5 to 12. <br />Located in one of Boulder's beautiful historic buildings in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, The Kitchen brings a fresh perspective on ingredients, preparation & guest comfort. "We met friends and sampled a variety of options. casatica di Bufala, octopus, octopus, carpaccio, tomato soup appetizers were all to our liking. One in our party thought the octopus was overcooked.
For entries we tried lamb, gnocchi , risotto, chicken, and tagliatelle pasta. Everyone raved about their entrees.
Pleasant, not rushed atmosphere."
