Waterman Grille is located at the Gatehouse on Providence's East Side. Overlooking the Seekonk River, we offer waterfront dining while still being just a short distance to major hotels and all the Capitol City has to offer.

Fashioned with creativity, the menu marries the quality of fine cuisine with casual dining. Choose from an extensive array of small plates featuring wood-fire grilled specialties and seasonal comfort food, coupled with the flavors of locally grown and organic produce, paired with a fine selection from our boutique wine list.

Welcome to Raymi, a modern Peruvian restaurant as dynamic as the country it celebrates. Raymi captures the multicultural spirit of Peru, blending the Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and native influences that embody the country’s vibrant cuisine. The flavors are once familiar, adventurous, unexpected.

The Raymi experience revolves around a central Ceviche Bar, offering fresh seafood spiked with indigenous spices and ingredients. Add to that a Pisco Bar, pouring select labels alongside 30 house-infused varieties of the fiery liqueur.

We look forward to serving you soon. Salud y buen provecho!

"Came here with friends on a (busy) Friday night during restaurant week. The hostess was very nice and friendly and held our table for quite some time while we had drinks at the bar. Once seated we waited for about 20-25min to get water, drinks and order food. Supposedly there was a misunderstanding on which waiter was taking care of our table (!!!). Every single dish we had was VERY good, from apps to dessert... No complaints. A Peruvian in our party commented on how authentic the flavors were. We all want to go back!"

Nougatine is the more casual sister of Jean-Georges, with a very lively bar scene at night. The restaurant attracts a mix of celebrities, socialites, and movers and shakers in the business world. Adjacent to the formal Jean-Georges dining room, Nougatine serves the signature and seasonal dishes of Chef Jean-Georges for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 365 days a year. The menu is more casual than that offered at Jean-Georges but still market driven, utilizing only the freshest and finest ingredients. In addition to providing gorgeous views of Central Park, the newly renovated dining room by Thomas Juul-Hansen features a bustling, immaculate open kitchen. Tones of brown and cream mingle to create an elegant space that is soothing by day and exciting by night. Nougatine offers a prix-fixe lunch menu Monday through Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. Pre- and post-theater prix-fixe menus are available Sunday through Friday from 5:30 to 6 p.m., and from 10 to 11 p.m.

"After making a reservation for dinner, I started having second thoughts because I found a lot of mixed reviews but I personally had a pleasant experience. I do think though that the restaurant week menu is very limited (like in every JG restaurant).
Service was great, as expected; food was delicious (risotto, tuna tartare, flounder, chicken, chocolate cake). If in the area, will probably go back.
