In the heart of Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle, the Burns Family welcomes you to their fresh take on the American bistro. In a warm residential setting, punctuated by great contemporary art, or on the heated sidewalk patio, guests dine on a menu of personal favorites drawing upon the abundant resources available to us in Southern California. Fresh oysters, wood-fired pizzas and meats, and classic fare, including the famous Bob Burns Caesar salad, offer cuisine that is one part solid tradition and the other part fresh inspiration. California wines, craft beers and classic cocktails round out the dining experience.

"Third visit and I enjoy the place a lot. The food is very diverse and the specials always are rather different and give a little more divergency. Everything i have ordered I would easily order again and the people are very willing to do things "your way" to please. Refreshing to see a newer place with no attitude in BH"

Since 1997 Vincenti Ristorante has combined sophistication and elegance with warmth and comfort. Maureen Vincenti welcomes you at the door and there is not a bad seat in the house with Master Chef Nicola Mastronardi providing your entertainment visible from nearly every seat in the dining room. Chef Mastronardi's cuisine emphasizes freshness and his menus change seasonally. In addition to our regular menu, Chef Nicola prepares a special daily “Menu Degustazione,” a 6 course tasting menu designed to heighten your culinary senses. While some ingredients are imported directly from Italy, others are sourced from the finest local producers. Service is professional yet casual.

"The presentation and food is always spectacular and the crew is the best. From the moment you walk in and are greeted to the entire staff's dedication to make the evening a pleasurable experience. There are always specials that are rarely offered at most other restaurants and they are quite masterfully prepared and delicious if you are looking for the unusual. We had the spinach lasagna and soft shell crabs as entrees and they were a delightful meal. The veal chop was shared with our friends who couldn't stop raving.... an elegant night of fin dining"

Since 1995, passion and devotion keeps Locanda Portofino one of the most authentic Italian restaurants on the westside. Where freshness and quality collaborate to create traditional such as egg tagliatelle bolognese, flavorful Neapolitan meat ragu, exotic spaghetti with sea urchin

"Always consistently great meals and knowledgeable waiters. Wonderful and complimentary wines to match a quality meal. The veal chop is hard not to keep ordering as it is prepared so perfectly. Only complaint was I ordered Sea bass and it came out first and was already cooled down from the kitchen ."

At Connie and Ted’s you’ll find simply prepared fish and shellfish, inspired by the classic clam shacks, oyster bars, and fish houses, that dot the New England Seaboard and the Western Coast.

Enjoy one (or two) of 24 California craft beers on tap, while sampling from our large variety of oysters, clams and shellfish, shucked to order, at our Raw Bar. Wind down the day with a classic cocktail at the bar, or enjoy a warm lobster roll outside on the covered, open-air patio overlooking Santa Monica Boulevard.

"How special and different. Everything was fantastic and the whole concept was so different for California it indeed felt like you were on the Atlantic coast. Lobster rolls were excellent, although we favored the hot with butter over the cold, but wouldn't be disappointed with either. The white chowder was very solid and tasty. Normally I prefer the red as white is thick and much richer in taste and calories but this version was not too rich or heavy creamed, just delicious. Fried clams for an appetizer were a great treat. Loved the whole menu and service was attentive and helpful. Can't wait to return. Only complaint was the lobster rolls were slightly small for the price, but we are talking LOBSTER, so I get it. Major yum!"

The Ivy’s tropical counterpart, Ivy at the Shore, offers the same delicious food plus icy island drinks, a 12-seat bamboo bar and beaut surfside view. Don’t miss the sunset over the Pacific with a Fresh Pineapple Daiquiri or two.

"We have been to the Ivy many times but stop going lately as the food had slipped terribly and it was far from the original in the city. Friends had recently gone there and said the food was greatly improved and was worth trying again. Unfortunately, they sat us inside in the front. As they evening wore on, the noise level kept any table conversation impossible to hear and the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The food was vastly improved and were the new prices! On the way out, we noticed the rest of the place was quite comfortable and noise was much more moderate. I would not go back on a weekend and without being seated outside or toward the front."

"Our first visit was near opening of the restaurant and was very loud and crowd was more bar scene noisey. We have since come back twice and learned to go early in the week and found the service, food and noise level very acceptable. I believe they continue to refine the menu and keep their offerings interesting. What they offer is done extremely well and the room is a wonderful atmosphere to dine and converse."

"Third time there and people are clearly finding out this is a good place to eat. After a rather slow start, the place was packed and the crowd was younger and more vibrant. They still could use a couple of different and more varied entres, but the place is happening."
