Koi Las Vegas stays true to the essence of the legendary Los Angeles original by bringing its signature style and cuisine to the booming restaurant landscape that is Las Vegas. <br />The menu at Koi Las Vegas is inspired by traditional Japanese dishes enhanced with modern California accents and influences from throughout Asia and around the globe. The culinary experience at Koi in Los Angeles, New York and Bangkok has been lauded in several national food and wine publications. Among Koi’s signature cold dishes are the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna or Baked Crab Roll, for which succulent fresh crabmeat is wrapped in a thin rice crepe paper dotted with sesame seeds and baked to perfection.

We offer a fresh, Santa Barbara coastal cuisine fine dining experience. We believe our ‘coastal’ living experience is deserving of celebration. We care deeply about procuring the highest quality ingredients available and are fortunate to have access to superior local bounty. Santa Barbara Certified Farmers Market produce, California Seafood as well as product from the whole Pacific Region are just a few of the treasures that make our ‘coastal cuisine’ special. Our cuisine is seafood oriented, but offers a wonderful selection of meat as well, such as wagyu beef, kurobuta pork and foie gras. We are committed to sustainable processes and use organic and local product as much as possible. <br />Our wine program focuses mainly on Santa Barbara County wine, but also has strong representation of wines from other major wine regions as well. <br />A sample of our seasonal menu is available via our website, as well as our large party menu.
