A large percentage of our Chef driven, seasonal menu is sourced from local and regional farms. Pairing great beer with unique dinners, cheeses or appetizers enables us to elevate the growing culture of craft beer here in Washington, DC.<br /> In our continued efforts to maximize quality and sustainability we make every effort to source the highest quality of food we can. Whenever possible, we reach out to our local farming partners located in Virginia, Maryland and even right here in DC for everything from produce to meats. We feature an eclectic contemporary American menu, but appeal to the masses with choices from around the globe as well as a wonderful selection of Vegan and vegetarian items. <br /> We focus 100% on American Craft Beer with a strong emphasis on local and regional brewers. <br />
