His team sought to create a dining experience offering innovative, yet familiar dishes alongside a creative bar program. Situated at the gateway of Larimer Square, Tom's Urban 24 is an experience unlike any other – 24 hours a day. The menu includes America's most iconic dishes served alongside regional specialties found only in Colorado. Open 24 hours a day, the menu is scratch-made and features everything from benedicts to burgers, urban tacos to the "braise of the day" – all with an urban twist. The restaurant uses locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible and partners with some of the area's finest farmers and purveyors.
