It’s all about cravings. Satisfying the ones you have, and creating sensory experiences that are totally unexpected. Fine dining is re-defined in Circa 59, taking the stage with eco-friendly fish, delicious premium cuts of meat, locally grown farm fresh produce and “sharables” you’ll have difficulty, well, sharing.

Sunday night is also wine lovers' night, with half off bottled wine from our wine list when dining in the restaurant.

Tuesdays BYOW: Bring your own bottle of wine and we'll waive the corkage when dining.

Joining the lounge entourage - The Starlite Lounge, sidebar, The Bikini Bar, and Deep End Pool Bar. Inside and out, your options are covered, and when you’d rather remain uncovered, there’s always guestroom dining.

Join us Thursday, December 20th for our wine dinner featuring GrGich Hills Estates, and meet the wine maker Miljenko "Mike" GrGich $79.00 per person tax and 20% gratuity not included.

Above all else, the food at the Colony Palms Hotel is beyond anything the Coachella Valley has ever experienced.

Situated in the magnificent courtyard of the Colony Palms Hotel, the restaurant design evokes the glamour of the 1930’s and 40’s when the Colony Palms was “the” place to be seen in Palm Springs. Amazing food, stunning decor, mountain views, and gracious service…what more can be said?

Located in the heart of the new "Up and Coming" South Palm Springs.

At Bernie's, re-live the atmosphere of what dining used to be. Stop by for martinis, supper and a swingin' lounge act. Transport yourself to a time when nothing else mattered - except for being cool.

Executive Chef, Jason Moffitt, oversees the creation of each incredible dish. Chef Moffitt focuses on creating classic American dishes using modern cooking techniques. Committed to only the freshest ingredients, our produce and meats are sourced locally and sustainably whenever possible.

Bernie's is dedicated to creating an unforgettable dining experience, while accommodating the needs and desires of our guests.

A unique dining and cocktail experience unlike anything in
the area, Citron is Palm Springs' newest gourmet dining experience. The intimate restaurant and bar features both traditional and innovative selections on its diverse menu, including the freshest meat, poultry, and seafood, as well as luscious pastries and desserts. Citron's full bar offers a unique wine list, plus specially created apertifs, martinis and cocktails.

Citron's vibrant lemon yellow walls and cool white furnishings provide the perfect setting for a desert dining experience. Or enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the covered and heated poolside patio on sunny days or starry nights;

Late snacks, after-dinner drinks and cordials are available at the bar. Or you can simply relax by the pool and enjoy drinks at the poolside cabana.

A word from The Fly Trap
Melding the modern and the classic, Chef Hoss Zaré brings vibrant flavors to the historic Fly Trap Restaurant. Chef Zaré’s menu draws inspiration from across the Mediterranean and his Persian/Azeri heritage to showcase ingredients from San Francisco’s local markets.
At The Fly Trap, guests can enjoy a bustling neighborhood happy hour, dine casually at the communal tables, or delight in the elegant main dining area. An artisan cocktail list, innovative desserts, eclectic wine list and a warm, genuine sense of hospitality appeal to the neighborhood and out-of-town guests. The Fly Trap is located in the South of Market area, just 2 blocks from the Moscone Center.
