311 Trois Cent Onze, is an elegant French restaurant located in the heart of Old San Juan, housed in a landmark building at 311 Fortaleza Street, of the area also known as SOFO (South of Fortaleza). <br />311"s Kitchen is under Chef Carlos Guzman Tavarez winner of many local awards. <br />Chef Guzman's cuisine is refined, delicate yet full of flavors of what France's culinary art has to offer. <br />The Dining Room, under the administration of owner, Sylma Pérez , host approximately 50 people for a sit down dinner. Sitting at the bar or in the dining room, you will experience the gentle and unobtrusive service of 311's professional staff.

"We were sent by a prior charter captain. After eating at the best Anguilla has, this restaurant belongs on that list. Certainly better than anything in the BVI.
Food was interesting, well presented by knowledgable servers.
We were a party of nine, so had lots of different apps and main courses and several different wines.
If you are nearby, go!

SeaSalt is inspired by its location near the water and is dedicated to seafood and its accompaniments. Chef Fabrizio Aielli brings to his cuisine an infusion of the simplicity of Venetian home cooking, learned at his mother’s knee, along with the upscale and innovative techniques he has garnered during his years of practice in fine restaurants in Italy, the Caribbean and Washington, DC. He explores time-honored methods and melds them with the new, bringing a handcrafted and honest restoration of traditional dishes. As far as possible, ingredients are sourced from local producers and markets and the disherfolk. Chef Fabrizio Aielli is inspired by the mainstays of the seafood repertoire, using organic and local produce, wild caught seafood, poultry and meat raised naturally without hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products whenever possible, emphasizing fresh and seasonal ingredients.
