The Heathman Restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Portland and in the midst of the city’s theatre district.

Executive Chef Michael Stanton uses the very best in seafood, steaks, game, and more: from line caught salmon to organically raised lamb….from heirloom tomatoes to the best berries and fruit available in the Willamette Valley. The Heathman Restaurant takes advantage of local bay shrimp and Oregon razor clams when they are at the peak of season, they use mushrooms unearthed and brought to the kitchen early each morning. The menu aspires to be a constant expression of the vast diversity of ingredients that Oregon has to offer.

The extensive and award winning wine list showcases the best of the Willamette Valley, Southern Oregon, Washington and the rest of the Pacific North West, as well as some of the best wines of Burgundy, Bordeaux, and all the classic New and Old World wine regions.
"A classic. If you're doing anything downtown this is always on the short list for dinner. It's a five stars experience and people watching rolled up in one!"

One way to make sure you’re cooking with the freshest ingredients is to grow them yourself. Meriwether’s grows the produce it serves at its own Skyline Farm and is proud to be among only a handful of truly farm-to-table restaurants across the country. Chef Dolan Lane's menus are inspired by the Willamette Valley’s peak-of-the-season abundance, matching our harvest with some of the finest raw ingredients in the world, from the farmers, fishers and ranchers of the Pacific Northwest.

Inside, experience our warm and cozy ambiance with stone fireplaces, hardwood floors, stained glass and copper accents. Outside, guests dine year-round in the covered, heated & enclosed patio, gardens & gazebo. There is even an outdoor fire-pit, so perfect for a chilly Portland evening. Take a walk through our gorgeous all-season garden that surrounds the entire 2601 Vaughn Street historic building.
"We always loved Meriwethers (except paucity of parking). Outdoor patio setting is fantastic in good weather. Since the remodel staff also seems to have kicked it up another notch to be attentive without hanging around. They must have cameras on water glasses: they're never empty. If you walk away hungry then you're just not exploring their menu enough!"

(five-0-three) offers casual, fine dining with a focus on local, sustainable ingredients. Our menu changes frequently to take advantage of the short growing seasons in the Northwest. We feature an international wine list with a clear focus on boutique wineries found in the Northwest to compliment the locally sourced food.

"It's local and offers dinners we would have to travel and park blah blah blah. Foods consistent. Serving staff sometimes stretched even when restaurant is nearly empty"

Fine NW Italian Dining
Bugatti’s Ristorante in West Linn has been creating memories since 1992. We strive to use fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients to create an authentic NW Italian cuisine. If you enjoy good company, great service and delicious food, then come check us out. Our heated patio is open all year. We offer an early and a late happy hour everyday in our lounge and on the patio. Come see what the buzz is all about.
"Consistent reliable service. Wish pasta dishes were heavier on pasta and lighter on cheese"

When you step through the doors of Mama Mia Trattoria, you've taken a step back in time to a traditional Italian kitchen where our sauces and meatballs simmer all day and nearly everything is made from scratch, including our mozzarella cheese, fresh pastas, and our scrumptious desserts. We are committed to providing the highest quality food and service and spare absolutely no expense when using the best local products and sustainable resources available. Our old school Italian-American soul food, like that offered at many restaurants in “Little Italy’s” across the United States will exceed your expectations.

"Its been a while since our last visit to Mama Mia's for Italian dining. We always enjoyed their menu's broad interpretation of regional Italian cooking. The menu layout has changed, but the quality of food and service are still a cut above other Italian eateries, without paying an exorbitant price. We dine family style, which their generous portion sizes easily allow. Their pasta dishes are always tasty, and done to perfection, and their menu of non-vegetarian dishes never fail to please. Their new menu made it easier to see which items were also offered as gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian options. If you are going to try some of their delicious house made desserts, plan your meal carefully, as portion sizes are generous."
