"We tend to get the heavier meats, moussakas, Greek salad with feta and the like in most Greek restaurants. But Kellari gives us the real feel of what I'd expect if I were in the Greek isles. Octopus, fish galore, grilled with light but perfect flavors.
The mixed seafood appetizer was a perfect meal and more than I could finish. I had to take some home. Don't miss the Greek coffee - excellent. Love Kellari for happy hour as well."

The kitchen, led by Naples-born Antonio Biglietto, offers a menu that brings our native country to your table with every selection—antipasti, pastas, seafood, meat, fresh Bufala mozzarella from Italy, and so much more. The attractive blue-lit, full bar specializes in carefully selected Italian wines. "Great food, excellent service. I made a note with my OpenTable reservation that I had a very special 12 year old guest who I needed to impress, and would appreciate them treating her like a VIP. They certainly did. When she arrived, she was acknowledged as their most important guest of the day. They sent our table bruschetta, and at the end of our meal, she was served cannolis on a plate that said "You are awesome!"
Foodwise - very good pizza. My young guest her entire margarita pizza, and her mom and I split the tuna salad and a pizza with zucchini, spinach, and prosciutto. Tuna salad was fair, but we expected something with more green. I'd order the house salad next time and will try their pasta."

Located in the United Brotherhood of Carpenters headquarters off the wide, open expanse of the National Mall, Charlie Palmer Steak is dedicated to another fine master craft: big, bold American food. Under the direction of Executive Chef Jeffery Russell, the menu stars the best American artisan beef cuts like an aged Angus Rib-eye "Cowboy" steak as well as updated seafood classics such as the Iced Shellfish Platter of lobster, shrimp, king crab, and oysters. Underscoring the patriotic menu, Palmer's innovative wine cube—which appears to be floating on water—features 3,500 bottles of exclusively American wine and over 600 selections.

"Majestic view, perfectly charred steak, huge salads. Portions are sizable enough to share. Loved the hangar steak, which I don't find often in American steakhouses.
A great meal for a great evening."

"Dad is the chef and treats the food as if he's feeding friends - with care. Try the various eggplant dips and dishes with a glass of Turkish wine. Hummus was average. Grilled calamari is a must. Moussaka was light yet rich in flavor. Bakhlava and Turkish coffee to end your meal should not be passed up."

"FLB is one of my go-to favorites. I was craving wood-fired pizza, especially their white pizza with smoked mozzarella, prosciutto, and arugula. I ate almost the entire pie alone, and two days later, I'm still savoring it. Add a house salad, and a glass of wine, and it's a perfect meal."
