John's Reviews

Locally owned waterfront restaurant dedicated to giving our guests a truly Northwest dining experience, Anthony’s has earned the reputation for the finest fresh seafood, perfectly prepared and expertly served with an uncompromising commitment to quality and value. We feature fresh seasonal and sustainable fish, and shellfish from our own seafood company accompanied by Northwest wines and micro brews as well our "Best of the Season" produce featured in our housemade desserts, salads, entrees, and beverages. Anthony’s Des Moines features a lovely panoramic view of Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountains. Open daily for lunch with a casual style no reservation necessary restaurant on the first floor featuring seafood, pastas, salads, burgers, and fish tacos.

The Depot Restaurant - Seaview features casual fine dining offering a Chef's Table to watch owner Chef Michael Lalewicz perform his magic from a display kitchen. The covered heated deck adds outdoor seating. A northwest and international wines list offers 16 wines by the glass and six microbrews on-tap. This 125 year old train station from the peninsula's Clamshell Railroad feels like a French Bistro especially when seated at the 9 seat counter reminding one of the Orient Express. Northwest Palate claims "Lalewicz has food angels in the kitchen" and food writer Gerry Frank of the Oregonian declares "the Depot is one of the best Dinner Houses in the Northwest"<br />

Christopher's World Grille, in the historic and restored Andrews House, features an innovative, eclectic menu that reflects the world travels of Certified Executive Chef, Christopher Lampo. A new 1800 sq. ft. banquet room makes Christopher's the ideal facility for engagement parties, bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions lavishly decorated in a rich, New Orleans style with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, elaborate chandeliers and decor, private guest entry, fireplace and wrap-around porch. <br />Not only has Christopher's been voted 1st Place for Best Fine Dining four years in a row by the Best of the Brazos Valley, and won several awards for Best Fine Dining and Most Romantic by the Eagle's Reader's Poll, Christopher's has recently been featured in Texas Monthly magazine. <br />Christopher's is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Lunch and dinner reservations are recommended
