Proof + Pantry is a multi-faceted progressive American Bar/ Restaurant offering both simplicity and sophistication. Focused on serving clean flavors and impeccably sourced ingredients, drawing insight from seasonality and global cuisine. The drinks will include a collection of carefully selected spirits and wine that reflect dedication to quality, diversity and originality. Our atmosphere is interactive and engaging. The design is influenced by that of an industrial rustic pantry lined with shelving, rusted metals, distressed wood accents, and tile. It is designed to be comfortable and warm. We strive to offer excellent service built on consistency of experience and product. Proof and Pantry is named Best New Restaurants 2014 by Star-Telegram and Dallas Morning News and is operated by Misery Loves Company.

Situated minutes from Downtown, Nick & Sam’s is a contemporary steakhouse featuring selections of prime meats as well as American and Australian Kobe and a variety of seafood. We offer a mostly American wine list of over 400 labels plus an international selection, with 20 wines by the glass.<br />USA Today says “well-done”, ZAGAT “very good to excellent” and a 2008 recipient of the Five Diamond Star Award.

You will also find prime beef, fresh fish flown in daily and much more on the ever changing, innovative menu. Monday through Thursday you can order the 6 or 9 course Chef's Tasting Menu, which can also be paired with wines from our award wining wine list.<br /><br><br><br />For parties of 8 to 11, you can dine at the Chef's Table. The focal point will follow true to the concept of gastropubs, where the focus is quality of food, but will be refined with creative offerings, in a Fun and energetic environment. The menu is designed to offer meals as wholesome and fresh as they are appetizing, artistic expressions. <br /><br />In addition to enjoying the regional and international influence present throughout the menu, guests may complement their meals with selections from the wine bar. The wine bar offers and impressive and navigable list of wine by the glass or bottle, as well as signature cocktails, and micro brewed beers.<br />
