The approachable wine list features wines from Italy and Greece, as well as grower champagne, with an emphasis on small producers and older vintages. Butcher & Singer, in the amazing historic location at 1500 Walnut, is an intimate and sophisticated dining experience in a relaxed clubhouse setting. We brought back the true classics from perfect Manhattans and Sidecars to dry aged, hand cut steaks and chops, and freshly caught fish. Timeless and fun for all in the continued age of the American chophouse. <br />

RJ, Jerrod and Molly, in conjunction with partners chef Doug Psaltis and mixologist Paul McGee, have created their own destination for country music lovers to enjoy a cocktail, grab a bite and have some fun.<br /><br />Chef Psaltis created Bub City’s new menu with a focus on authentic barbecue. Signature items include Burnt Ends, Baby Back Ribs, Carolina Style Pulled Pork and 18 hr. Beef Brisket. Large groups can enjoy the “Whole Pork Picnic” featuring Slow-Smoked Pork Shoulder served with four sides.<br /><br />Nationally-acclaimed mixologist and partner Paul McGee has brought innovation to the cocktail menu at Bub City. McGee spent months finding a collection of whiskey, and now Bub City boasts a bar offering more than 125 selections.

Bavette’s is a European-Style steakhouse. The signature is a prime ribeye that is dry-aged in house. There is also a wide variety of fresh seafood, including a daily selection of fresh oysters, king crab, and shrimp cocktail. Bavette’s also specializes in classic cocktails with a focus of brown spirits. The value driven wine list is eclectic and global. <br /><br />Reservations made through Open Table will be for Bavette's main dining room. The largest party size that the restaurant can accommodate are groups of six. Currently, we do not offer any private dining.
