Our menu guides you to the sun-drenched islands of Greece, as we embrace the rich character of its traditional dishes. We adhere to a strict moral code using only the highest quality extra virgin olive oil from Crete and fresh fish flown in daily from the Mediterranean. <br />Inside the modern ambiance there are threads of the traditional Greek eateries woven with the stylish island chic of Mykonos. We invite you to celebrate our centuries-old recipes, like fava from Santorini, all telling a new story of modern Greek cuisine with traditional ingredients taking inventive turns. <br />Prepared traditionally, re-imagined contemporary. our Ethos is an adherence to the purity of the sea and the sun, the freshness of our ingredients and the spirit of our beautiful culture. <br />“Ya mas” as we say in Greece, or “To Our Health”.<br />

Candle West combines delicious organic vegan cuisine with gracious, knowledgeable service. Just as our sister restaurants on the east side have done, we have lovingly crafted food fresh "from local farm to table." We offer an intimate organic wine and eco-cocktail bar. We serve various kinds of fish. They are all carefully chosen from the fish market each morning. All fish are sliced in traditional style that preserves the original flavor and texture. Our executive chef, Mr. MITCH N. SHINOHARA, who is also a Japanese culinary instructor specialist, prepares every dish. From choosing the rice and seaweed to the decoration of plate, each dish is the demonstration of our dedications to customers.
