Hakkasan is recognized as the pioneering concept that single-handedly changed the face of Chinese cuisine within the United Kingdom. Since 2003, the Michelin starred London location has set the standard for Chinese cuisine and haute Chinois interior design. Hakkasan at Fontainebleau features traditional Cantonese classics and house specialties reinterpreted for a contemporary, non-conventional palate.

To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Seaspice, a waterfront seafood brasserie and Lounge with 225 feet of docking facility is located on the bank of the Miami River introducing the area to some serious culinary swagger personified by a new sleek restaurant that focuses on restyled gastro classics and modern cocktailing. Think surf and turf.

After winning rave reviews for his inspired cooking, foodies and Miami's culinary media have charted chef Jamie DeRosa's every move. Tongue & Cheek - is equal parts killer neighborhood restaurant and cool, casual watering hole, serving approachable, ingredient-driven, American fare with just the right amount of whimsy and technique.
<br
