Peche Seafood Grill. In French, "pêché" means "catch." Inspired by trips to Spain and Uruguay, Peche will focus on seafood cooked over an open wood fire. Diners can watch as the seafood, along with meats and vegetables, cooks over the flames. The dishes, though, will still be rooted in Louisiana. The restaurant is a partnership between chefs Donald Link (Herbsaint, Cochon), Stephen Stryjewski (Cochon) and Ryan Prewitt, although Prewitt will have primary authority over the new kitchen.<br> Housed in a restored 19th-century building, Peche will share the modern aesthetic of Cochon. According to the Link Restaurant Group, the restaurant will have "high, pickled-wood ceilings; large, soaring windows; a thick-topped Cypress bar; and a marble top oyster bar."

Paloma, by Chef Aarón Sánchez, is a lively, Latin-inspired grill featuring a range of offerings, from whole roasted meats from the restaurant's wood grill to an extensive raw bar, ceviche, grilled seafood, and a variety of shareable plates. Paloma also offers a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails that represent a wide selection of handcrafted spirits from Central and South America, including tequila, mezcal, pisco, cachaca, and rum. The restaurant features both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a private dining room and bar dining options for larger parties.

Nougatine is the more casual sister of Jean-Georges, with a very lively bar scene at night. The restaurant attracts a mix of celebrities, socialites, and movers and shakers in the business world. Adjacent to the formal Jean-Georges dining room, Nougatine serves the signature and seasonal dishes of Chef Jean-Georges for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 365 days a year. The menu is more casual than that offered at Jean-Georges but still market driven, utilizing only the freshest and finest ingredients. In addition to providing gorgeous views of Central Park, the newly renovated dining room by Thomas Juul-Hansen features a bustling, immaculate open kitchen. Tones of brown and cream mingle to create an elegant space that is soothing by day and exciting by night. Nougatine offers a prix-fixe lunch menu Monday through Saturday from noon to 3 p.m.

Located in the former townhouse of celebrated cookbook author & television personality James Beard, the James Beard house is in the heart of New York City’s Greenwich Village. Over 20 dining events are held monthly to showcase culinary artists from around the world, featuring multi-course dinners with wine pairings prepared by guest chefs. At the historic James Beard House, you will have a truly unique dining experience. You’ll begin the evening with wines & a selection of passed hors d’oeuvre in the Greenhouse or, weather permitting, in the outdoor garden. You will then enjoy a five-course, pre-set menu prepared by the day’s featured chef, all paired with wines chosen to enhance the flavor of your meal. You will even have an opportunity to walk through the kitchen, see the chefs in action, & meet the guest chef personally. Prepaid reservations are required for all events.

The New Classic Eating and Drinking Destination in Darien, Ct. Located in the center of Darien steps away from the Darien Metro North station. The historic bar dates to the late 1800's and was reportedly owned by Augustus Bush of Anheuser-bush.

Chef Addam Buzzalini will dazzle guests using creative house-made pastas to create seasonal, Italian-inspired dishes.<br /><br />Opened in January of 2007, Tavolàta is Chef Ethan Stowell's second restaurant, located at 2323 Second Avenue in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. House-made pastas, simple Italian cuisine, and a 30-foot communal table (tavolàta) are the focal point of this urban Italian-inspired eatery. Tavolàta offers a full bar and a wine list featuring Italian and Pacific Northwest wines. Tavolàta serves dinner seven nights a week from 5pm to 11pm. Tavolàta has a semi-private mezzanine for up to 35 guests and a small patio for seasonal dining.
