APIARY is a sanctuary for sophisticated New York diners, a modernist's musing on high design and Chef Scott Bryan's straightforward, yet refined cookery. Chef Bryan applies his appreciation for accessible, local food, reinforcing Apiary as an East Village dining destination. Apiary's wine program offers great depth and value. Apiary features $35 3-course prix-fixe menu from Tuesday - Thursday & Sunday and on Monday, Apiary invites guests to enjoy their own wines without corkage fee.

For sweeping ocean views and Spanish small (and large plates), it doesn’t get any better than Amada, the Atlantic City outpost of Chef Jose
Garces’ famous Philadelphia tapas restaurant. Amada transports you to straight to Spain, where sangria flows from terra cotta pitchersand the smell of sizzling chorizo entices you to order just one more plate for the table.

House Specialties
Spanish Octopus, Garlic Shrimp, Tortilla Española, Lobster Paella, Whole Roasted Suckling Pig (must be ordered 48 hours in advance),
House Made Fresh Fruit Sangrías.

Private Parties: Amada welcomes groups of all sizes. Events can be booked throughout the restaurant and in our private dining rooms seven days a week. For parties of 12 or more, please call our private events team to schedule your reservation at (609) 225-4939 or email Jenna.Moore@garcesgroup.com

"Overall Amada was terrific, offering a wide variety of tapas plates. Our group chose to do the more expensive tasting menu, where they select the tapas plates for you. The cost difference was $75 vs. $55 -- the restaurant needs to improve their explanation of this difference. We got "It's the exact same amount of food but it's sort of like ordering steak vs. chicken - everything is a little better quality." (huh?) In any event, it was worth it for the quality with a good assortment of everything. Only the ribeye (too dry) and the dessert (olive oil cake with some sort of bland ice cream) were misses; everything else was delicious. The restaurant is also overwhelmingly/unbearingly loud, especially depending on who you are seated next to."
