Located at 670 White Plains Road (Route 119) in Tarrytown, the new restaurant offers a diverse menu ranging from signature flat breads to fresh vegetable dishes, and entrees featuring meat and seafood sourced from local purveyors.<br />One of the premier dishes on the menu is the 20-ounce Grilled Rib Eye Steak served with broccoli rabe and wild mushroom butter. The menu also includes more basic sandwiches that feature artisanal and specialty ingredients. <br />Five flat breads are a signature feature of the menu -- fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce and fresh basil; Coach Farms goat cheese, arugula, heirloom tomato and truffle oil; fig, bella bella duck prosciutto, gorgonzola and scallion; portobello, wild mushroom puree, red onion and fontina; and house made ricotta, local mozzarella and caramelized onion – all baked in the custom-made wood-fired oven. <br />
